The peope here are a bunch of thieves. They constantly steal your money by ringing up your food then not providing it. This happens almost every time. They should probably be shutdown.

Ordered lunch with the app. Drive-thru.The order was correct on my phone but the workers kept telling me that it was not paid. I showed them the digital receipt and 15 minutes and a WHOLE LOT of language barrier later (no disrespect just really frustrating), I got my correct order but looking at the paper receipt I'd been charged double. I had a buy 1 get 1 coupon applied. ?
I am so sick of the mistakes at this location. I really don't get why is it so hard to get a order correct. I will be contacting the corporate office this time with my receipt info.Whats the famous Lethal Weapon movie saying "They f+ you at the drive thru!!'. We order a simple app order because it's pouring rain. Grab our bag at window, get to our destination 3 mins away and my sandwich is not in bag and the fries are hard and alot of the overly crunchy end of bag tiny fries! They don't answer the phone ever!! So we have to drive back to get the sandwich. I shouldn't have to check my order behind a bunch of adults!!!
This is a 24-hour McDonald's located at the Aspen Hill at the corner of Connecticut and Georgia avenue and beautiful North silver spring / Aspen Hill Maryland and this McDonald's 24 hours drive-thru very personal friendly service everybody smiling everybody's happy everything's clean bathrooms are clean definitely you're above average/excellent McDonald's the food here is fresh tasty the service here is on par and it's easily accessible plenty of free parking and handicap parking is also available and handicap entrances are also available handicap bathrooms are also available so don't forget to smile when you go because everybody's happy stay safe
Hi. This is not the first time. You guys take advantage about drive thru and put whatever you want in the bags. Today i request a plain burger in a happy meal and they put onions, cheese, creams, etc.For me i request a double quarter pounder an and i got a cheese burger with onions. Where is my double burger?
They always forget something at my meals. It's the third time I'm there and they always forget a sandwich, a hash browns, or the condiments.
They say they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this is not true. Sunday 0224, drive thru is closed.
Good food and service. Use the drive thru mostly.
Constantly messes up orders and when ordering through a third party like grub hub or Uber eats this McDonald’s always give you only half of your order. Ordered a Big Breakfast and only got a sausage and biscuit. Needs better workers
