Service isn’t great. Orders can get mixed up and there are lines. I would give 5 stars if they were able to avoid making at least one mistake with my order every other day in the drive-thru.
I live right across the street from this McDonald's and this is the fourth time in a row I've discovered a stale bun after I got home from the drive-thru. I swore the last time I would never use this McDonald's again and once again I didn't take my own advice. A few years back I had the same situation with cold stale fries or stale buns and I stayed away from this restaurant for a few years. I recently gave them another chance and found it just as disappointing as the last time. If I ever decide to use McDonald's again I will go to the Glenmont location where I have never had a bad experience.
The worst McDonald's in the world. The food is always cold and dried out and taste old.
Horrible service. Employees working are unprofessional and rude when taking orders. Don’t go here. There’s another down the road.

I paid for a Caramel Frappe, they wait until im at the other window to pick up my items to tell me their "machine is broken" then when I state I want a refund because I wouldnt have bought nothing if they told me they didnt have the frappe available they then tell me to wait at the spot #1 for my frappe. So their machine is working they just lied to me about not being able to make it, its very frustrating they would make me pay for it them try to lie their way out of making it
One day they closed early last week around 11pm n it seemed really suspicious and not authorized.I belive they discontinued there salads as well.
Filled out the survey. It takes about 2 minutes. Got a BOGO egg mcmuffin. It was hot and good.
