I asked for caramel iced coffee and it tastes VERY bitter and like water. I went back so they could fix it and I was given the same unflavored iced coffee. This is the worst I’ve had. What a way to start my morning. Also the ladies had attitude and acted like they didn’t want to work today. If you can’t handle customer service then the job isn’t right for them.
Its a nice little McD in town. Theres a good amount of space and good service, nothing wild.The food is exactly the same as you expect, the sausage egg mcmuffin tastes like a sausage egg mcmuffin. My hash brown was a bit old, but still crunchy, so no complaints.My only issue is that the price of a hash brown was 2.39 for one! There is no way that you can tell me there is a potatoe shortage, theres no way it can be a political thing either, thats way beyond too much for potatoe...
This place gets the job done. It’s close to home and has a function drive through so it’s two thumbs up from this family!I think the first time we visited was for a late night snack. So, just like most other McDonald’s, the hours are good. Lol.Today we just needed something easy. We’d just completed the drive back from Reagan airport and I was exhausted and hungry. I definitely didn’t have the energy to sit and wait with my active children in a restaurant. So I was up for a drive through, fast food and back home.They got our order right and of course it came out fast and hot.I recommend the Big Mac. And I always add bacon.
Omg my Fillet o Fish was so fresh & tasty today. Whoever is working today is fantastic. The bun was soft & the fish was crispy.Thanks

The Night crew is NASTY & Terrible, you pull up and they say cash only after letting you wait in drive through. Then you order online, they accept your order make you waiting for a while as it says "preparing your order" then they cancel it. ??♀️???They think as long as you're reimbursed it's fine, but it's about the principle of time because I won't get back my time that they waste & they don't even communicate like decent human beings. ?
The evening crew is horrible. Staff member Adriana is the absolute Worse. Stood in line for 5 minutes while she fake counted her drawer, looked me dead in the face and never acknowledged my presence. After she finished counting she simply left. I said excuse me, she gritted and walked away. Took two other non English speaking crew members to get my order and then after I finally sat down to eat (15 minutes later) I was told that the lobby was closed and I couldn’t eat there. Of course I sat there anyway. But I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again.
This is a busy McDonald's, but they managed to get my order right! I parked at a spot because using the app is a process, and then I just walked in and picked up my coffee and apple pie. You can always count on McDonald's is having a consistent level of quality and fast service that is legendary in the fast food business. Well I don't like the app, I think it works rather well and they also have a way to get points for free food which is also good!I don't eat fast food very often but this time I found it easier than tracking down a Starbucks and the apple pie was free on one of the daily deals that they send me everyday. As you can imagine, I was a happy camper! Ymmv - whatever I eat McDonald's I feel like a kid getting a happy meal!
Terrible service they somehow deleted my last review. They don't honor anything on the app including curbside pickup or mobile rewards. Don't go here if you can avoid it
I gave it a 3 star because where it is located at corner of Georgia Avenue and Randolph Road traffic is very hectic them so the traffic blocks up the lane going into the McDonald
