mcdonald’s has very poor customer service my friend had dropped her phone in between a booth and like a wall and it’s been stuck there for 3 weeks the manager is rude and is unwilling to help my friend brang at least 2 officers and the manager still won’t budge and there fries aren’t even that good and they don’t put enough caramel on there fries and the only nice one is xavier and he deserves employee of the month and to be the newest manager
A horrible location, I ordered and payed for a 4 dollar order on the mobile app. The app stopped work and wouldn’t allow me to send the order to the place, the problem, is that the management is so incompetent they could resolve the problem and refused. Never trust a place are so unwilling to help a customer’s problem.

No bathroom cleaning of any kind. I seen employee clear rubber gloves one in and the other on opened trash can metal lid next to the toilet. Wad of toilet paper in the trash can looked like employee hurry used all the toilet paper to clean t toilet right quick.And no toilet paper left for unexpected customer that have to do #2. Who's does that????Lucky me,I have plenty napkins from the restaurant and from work paper towel in my jacket pocket and coat inside pockets.But still have to undressed and hover with my boots planted on the seat and do my emergency business from a long driving.Awkward;Not coo.????
My little brother ordered a cheese burger meal only cheese and ketchup because he is allergic to everything else on it and they went ahead and put them on now he has no lunch hope your happy awful service?>:(I would give 0 stars but I can't so 1 star!!!
5 star for staff friendliness and being respectful. 2 stars for the poor quality of food with sandwiches with nothing on them.
They closed the doors at 9:45pm tonight and the last time I came here... Why? The door says dine in service stops at 10pm.

Staff seemed surprisingly competent. The McRib is back. However, it wasn't nearly as good as I remember.. the ice cream machine is, in fact, broken.
