I placed an order and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I noticed a young black teen standing in the pickup line waiting for his order while I was in the place order line. When they called my number I asked the staff person what happened to his order because they were calling all the orders after me. I decided to sit down and watch how they handled his order. They never apologized to him and still called other order numbers before his. The staff person roughly out his bag on the counter and he checked his order and asked them 3 times for mayo and ketchup. She then literally threw it in his bag. That was so disrespectful! Racial profiling at McDonalds across from Silver Spring Metro. I recorded the interaction and going to send to management who I believe was also part of the problem. Who knows how long that child would have been standing there and none of them bothered to ask what was his number? When he gave them the receipt they began to search through their receipts but never apologized!
The place itself was 3 or 4 stars, but there was this lady working there!!!!!! (I can't believe I forgot her name!) WONDERFUL person! Super nice to the kids (ALL kids! You can tell she loves kids!), caring with every costumer, taking a moment to help you find good deals.... she seems like the kind of person who finds joy in every situation and just makes your normal day magical! We LOVED our experience (despite no toilet paper in the store) 100% because of her! ♡
I had a really nice lunch. The service was tremendous. My cheeseburger meal was tasty. Convenient location.
Well over a year ago, I came here to grab lunch. Poor staff was being harassed by a homeless visitor. They weren’t handling it well. He reached over the counter and grabbed my drink, threatening to just take whatever if he didn’t get what he wanted.Yadda yadda, once he was gone, they gave me the drink the man had already grabbed. That’s fine, but I saw fruit flies floating in it.I got their attention and asked for another drink—and they just replaced the lid and gave me the same one. Lolwhat.Haven’t been back until today.Not only is there a strange taste to my fries (sort of leaves a numb feeling on my tongue like maybe a cleaner was used too close…?) but there’s an ant swimming in my drink! Again with the bugs skinny-dipping in my sweet tea!Dunno why I came back here, but do yourself a favor and avoid it unless you like food that isn’t hot, mediocre service and an extra kick of insect protein in your drinks.
Almost every time I go there my foods never hot, my order is skipped, I'm missing something from my order, or the employees just don't care enough to do my order in a reasonable time.It's always a mess and dirty in there. Never going back.
Service has been great every time I've shown up, foods hot and fresh and correct every time I order. Cleanliness on the inside is decent however with high volume of customers sometimes lacks, no fault to the employees there though.
Warning for people with sound sensitivity: this place is very overstimulating, with frequent screeches from chairs against tile, loud conversations of other customers (often very crowded), employees calling out orders (as they have to) and such. Otherwise this location has served me great food promptly everytime I've eaten from here.
Yeah… this place is very rough, stay away esp at night. Was approached 3 times during my meal by people under the influence, and multiple arguments broke out with the staff and I thought multiple times, “so this is how people end up on YouTube.”Tables are super nasty (ie: caked in sauce, filth, etc) and they also double charged us so now I have to call the bank to dispute. Sigh.
The customer service here is awful! The employees have no respect for the customers and when asking for simple request they act like you’re asking them to rip off their leg ! I asked for a cup of ice(which I paid for) & the lady caught an attitude, started talking about me then slammed the cup down giving it to me
Just like any McDonald's, the food are excellent and the service was quick!
