I ordered the Red Snapper the fish was expired, you can tell because when you take a bite it smells and taste like the seafood seafood section in a market. This is the 2nd time I ordered this plate the first time it was fresh. I also want to mention it was so discolored that I thought it was the wrong fish……I ordered Carne asada for one of my sons it was super salty he didn’t eat it. My other son ordered the quesadilla! He was the smart one you can’t mess that up. Postmates is excellent they refunded me immediately I sent them pics. Definitely go somewhere else if your going to spend your money
I've been eating here since around 2015 because I love the food. It's been a local favorite of mine and even after I moved a little further away, and then COVID-19, I kept buying with Uber Eats for delivery.Recently I've been paying more attention to Uber Eats as it seems they have been grossly overcharging for meals when ordered through their app - I'm talking $2-$10 per meal at some locations (compared to the restaurant price; this is in addition to their service and delivery fees). So when we decided to get take-out this time we just called the restaurant directly and utilized their online menu.In calling them directly, THEY OVERcharged our three plate meal by $8, just because we called and didn't order in person. When we asked why we were overcharged they blamed Uber Eats. When we told him it wasn't purchased through Uber Eats, that we called them directly and referenced their own menu, he said that's just what they charge now for take-out orders placed over the phone. Not once did they give us a disclaimer about this charge. It isn't listed online. And there's no reference to it in their online menu. They refused to give us our food for menu price despite the fact that we picked it up directly. To add insult to injury, they overcharged even more than Uber Eats.We will be reporting this to the BBB. I don't recommend this place any longer due to their shady business practices. It's a shame since I've been a loyal customer there for so long, and I'll miss the food. But I won't support a business who participates in misleading advertisements and dishonest business practices.Shame on you.

Have been going here for at least the last 25 years and has always been a solid and good place to eat. Always recommend it to friends and people that move close to the area. Also don't sleep on the fruit drinks they are always good as well.
We had a great experience here. They were able to accommodate our big party for my grandmother's bday. The servers were wonderful and the food was great as always. Thank you.
If I would I would give this place zero stars. First off I got a fried fish Seabass one of the most cheapest on the market and they charge me $40 plus tax for one small fish the size of my hand and very thin. And not to get me started with the owner he didn’t even listen to me he just started yelling at me and started to get defensive. The walls of this place are not even cleaning they have Black marks on them. If you wanna get charged like a five star restaurant but when reality it’s just a mess of a please don’t come here.
The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and most importantly, the food was amazing!
Great food, prices a bit elevated. Food service was backup a lot. The wait time was ridiculously long. Other than that, it was great.
Just finished at this place and I am extremely disappointed. The prices were kinda expensive but not terrible, but the quality of some of the dishes were honestly horrible. I ordered a tostada that was nowhere even close to what a tostada is supposed to be. It was like a burrito bowl soup inside of a bowl like fried tortilla, huge slices of tomato and stingy meat. Me and everyone at the table tried a bite and all found it disgusting, it's the first thing I've had to send back to the kitchen in years, which they also didn't refund me for, even though it was barely touched. The ceviche was another problem as it tasted like the fish used was frozen, had a stringy texture, but still better than the other dish, so I ended up eating a decent amount of it. But still very low quality. The redeeming quality was the papusas which were quite good though expensive. And the tacos were decent as well but just that, decent. Service was quite good from the server (besides the manager I assume not letting me get a refund) but overall though I cannot recommend this place as it's the food quality that matters.
This was my second time ordering from Los Chorros Restaurant and I have to say at this point that I am really disappointed. Although the food items I ordered were tasty (that's why I added 1-star), note that half my order was missing. This also happened the first time I had ordered but I really didn't expect it to happen twice. And since this seems to be an ongoing issue, I though I'd mention it here. Both dishes that were ordered were supposed to come with a side of pico de gallo and guacamole and none of the dishes included that. Instead they had a really small bowl that included 2 lettuce leaves, one slice of tomato, 2-3 shreds of cheese, and one tiny slice of avocado - yes you read it well: one tiny slice of avocado! One specific dish which was a grilled fish was supposed to be served with a tomato-based sauce but no sauce was included at all. So the dish was basically a piece of fish with nothing to add to it. I understand having one item missing from an order but having sauces, guacamole, pico de gallo etc missing is a complete joke. I highly recommend that if you order from this place, make sure to check your food before you leave so you can catch all missing items.
