I love Ledo pizza. Been eating this pizza for years; however, this location does a horrible job making pizza. When I went to pick up my pizza it was handed to me, I'm accustomed to them opening the box and showing me the final product; I then opened the box to find my pizza covered in an inch of grease. I told them this wasn't unacceptable. The cashier took my pizza to the back for the guy to state, it's because of your toppings. I explained I've been eating this same toppings on my Ledo pizza (extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage and black olives) for more than 20 year's. I've never had a Ledos pizza that looked like they made it in the deep fryer. They agreed to remake my pizza. When I picked the second pizza up, it didn't have the extra cheese on it and looked beat down! Ugh! Worst Ledos location! Won't ever go back to this location.
Let me first say I LOVE Ledo's pizza use to get it from the "original" location in Adelphi, MD. Have gotten the pizza from the Laurel, Greenbelt , and College Park This past Saturday, I ordered from the Leisure World plaza location, it was horrible! there was a layer of grease on the top. Sent it back and the second pizza was over cooked and did not have the extra cheese I ordered. I have been ordering an extra cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and black olive large pizza for over 30 years. I have never had such a bad pizza experience as I had at this location.
Use to be great pizza. Now is like pizza crackers. Dry and tasteless. Not like in the 60s. Shame shame shame
Still the best pizza. Love the thin crispy crust baked to perfection! Ledo's pizza sauce is the best! Service is very good. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Trash customer service pizza is pretty gross too only bought at someone else's request
This location is nice. They stay busy. Food is good too. Double check your oder when ordering one though. I've has a few missed items from time to time or the wrong order given to my pick up person.
Ordered online New Years Eve. Arrived five minutes before stated would be ready. Front counter was so disorganized. The back what I could see was pushing out orders but seemed to be really short staffed. After people that were placing orders in the restaurant, after mine, was getting theirs and leaving. After 45 minutes late finally got the pizzas.
Nice chain pizza restaurant. Great pizzas,salads and more. Counter service only due to covid. Enjoy!
This store used to be my preferred store until today. The person who took my call refused to accept my order, an order that I've ordered for more than a year. She is so arrogant and doesn't treat customers. She was just not willing to accommodate. No body has ever said no to that order. I wanted to do half and half.
It's delicious, and they get the order correct every time.
