I searched the DMV area looking for really excellent hot and sour soup. Years ago I found it at a great restaurant in Chinatown which is no longer in business. I had nearly given up hope when I happened upon Koi Asian restaurant in silver spring. They have the best hot and sour soup I have tried for years! If you love it the way I do, you know how unusual it is to find truly great and sour soup. This restaurant has many vegetarian and vegan options! Their Buddha roll is the best vegetarian sushi ever! They also have awesome vegetable moo shoo, spring rolls, and Thai noodle dishes. Try eating in their large and comfortable dining room or grab some great food to bring home.
This restaurant offers a good variety of Asian cuisine at a reasonable price. The portions are generous and I found the flavors to be more than satisfactory. The sauce on my orange chicken seemed homemade and fresh with orange peels and peppers throughout.
We ordered through Uber eats today, everything was hot, fresh and flavorful. Koi also gave us $10.00 coupon, oh we will definitely bring the family in to eat. Thanks Koi ❤️

4.5 stars. We have pretty good dining experience for lunch of 11 people. The food are reasonable priced for this type of restaurant. The staffs wear masks and gloves, the restaurant table and restroom are clean. The dishes are tasty. Plates are medium size. Many varieties.
Ordered through Uber Eats and severely disappointed. The ramen I ordered was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. The two sushi rolls that I ordered were supposed to be the highest heat level and they weren’t spicy at all but we’re at least edible. Would not order here again.
This has become my favorite restaurant to go to. Great service and the food is delicious. I had the Gyoza, spring rolls and the General Tso Shrimp. Service was quick too!!
The sushi was very good. Will go back for that. Got Szechuan pork and it was just okay. The lunch special was good - the pork came with fried rice and an egg roll. That was nice. It just wasn't that great.
The sushi here was delicious! Beautiful plating, served at a perfect temperature, and the quality of the food was excellent.The waitress was quick and attended to our needs.Walking in, we weren't greeted by the staff, but just looked at. The prices are a bit steep for the location.Overall great experience.
