I've been coming here for years, and it seems like it's only been getting worse as times go by. First of all, they don't have dine-in service anymore after a year - they make you step in front of cars to order any food - and they won't even let you order taco bell items in the app. This is not a good experience at all, it's just incredible how they don't even care either if they get your order right even.I much rather go to Popeyes in Silver Spring, despite the issues they face sometimes - they still have great customer service, and dine-in service.

So tired of ordering in drive thru and every single time they miss something in my order. It absolutely NEVER fails! Given this establishment chance after chance after chance and now I will take my business up to Wheaton where they ALWAYS get it right each time. Sucks because it's 5 minutes away but when it happens each time, its time to find another one who doesn't forget.

If you do not use the drive-thru you have to order on a KFC app, which is hard to work, and must pay with plastic just to place an order. What ever happened to fast food where you can pop in and order some food to go and pay with cash?The manager explained to me that it is all about the covid health concerns.They want to discourage face to face ordering. ironically he told me all this while not wearing a mask. However , l do love KFC chicken!!!

I bought the Beyond Chicken. It was the worst tasting plant based chicken I've ever tasted. Horrible. I've eaten plant based chicken from 3 other sources: Evolve restaurant, Sweet and Natural and Morning Star, they're good, but Kentucky Fried Chicken? Don't buy it. They need to change the recipe or how they cook it because I could taste a bad tasting oil too.

Super slow. Inside is closed, so all customers have to go through the drive through windows. So you will potentially see folks standing in line behind a car. It doesn’t make sense. The lobby has been closed since the pandemic began in early 2020.

The food was great, as it is always! However, yesterday, when I ordered at the window, I allowed a 'walk' customer to cut in front of me. That person, during his whole order, was playing with his nose, and mouth. Before I ordered, I told the cashier this, and told her that she should wash her hands, because of the 'VIRUS'. SHE WAS WEARING NO GLOVES. SHE RESPONDED THAT SHE WOULD DO THIS, AFTER SHE FININISHED HIS ORDER. CASHIERS OUGHT TO WEAR GLOVES.

The drive thru is efficient. I just dislike when they wait until you are to the pickup window to tell you they are out of something you ordered.

I’m very upset with this place. The customer service was horrible. The lady today could have explained what the sides were etc. instead she got very nasty. She didn’t want to attend us at the window when we were finished ordering so a other lady came up even more angry telling us the total. If you want workers that work in this type of industry choose people that have the patience and passion to work with customers. Don’t be hiring people just to hire because you need them. If I could leave a zero star I would.
