I have to say that at first I was slightly apprehensive about eating at a food place inside an Exxon gas station.At first I was walking around back expecting a stand alone building or something part of a small strip. But no, it is literally a part of the convenience mart.Now I am not one to turn away from a food experience unless the vibe is “off”. And I am very glad I gave this place a chance. I had an absolute craving for an authentic Central American style breakfast burrito and this place came darn close.The girl who took and cooked my order was very pleasant and respectful. I first ordered the basic sausage egg and cheese burrito, but began to poke at possible options.I knew that what I wanted was basically a “Birria” or “Al pastor” style breakfast burrito, but I did not want to inconvenience them as it was a small kitchen area with only one young girl and another woman who was cleaning up and maybe prepping.The girl who took my order was very patient with me as I switched from sausage to ham. But I wanted to know how close I could get to the marinated meat I was craving. Then I asked if they had carnitas available. They did not. She gave me the option of steak and chicken, so I chose steak. The burrito even came with potatoes rolled in which is on point.In the end, I would say this is a hidden gem of the greater MoCo area. It was close to what I wanted in a breakfast burrito and was just a short jump from my home.

I had the chicken burrito. It was huge. Really tasty, made to order. Produce was fresh. Beans and rice cooked properly and yummy. Somehow in early December they have flavorful avocado. This is the gas station burrito I've been looking for.
Got the chicken burrito and a tamale. Both tasted great, burrito was very filling, would come again!
