I’m responding to the Boston person who clearly ordered a Chicken larb but is complaining because ground chicken was used. That’s the recipe! Ground chicken or pork! Why would you mark a small local business down because you have no context about the cuisine and refuse to do a simple google search. Please lets all be better.

Visiting from NY and ordered Chicken Gang Pa Curry and my wife ordered Shrimp Thai Fried Rice for take out. The curry was great, and the fried rice was great, only complaint would be that, we were told our food would be ready in 30mins but it took an hour.

Prices on website are incorrect and they do not honor them. I am a first time customer and was not told the prices were raised and it’s not listed on the website anywhere. I can understand if you need to raise prices but tell customers the new prices.Dumplings are bad but pad see ew is good.

Ridiculously small portions, the sauces were good by why would you cheap out and use ground chicken instead of pulled or chicken breast is crazy. There’s not even any lettuce in the salad, no thank youThe egg rolls are “supposed to be” friend banana.

Ordered pad Thai and summer rolls. Unpleasant experience. Summer rolls had exactly one small shrimp each and were made entirely of lettuce, no noodles, and very poorly made. Pad Thai smelled and tasted rank. Could not eat. Will not return. Still in search of a reasonably good Thai place in area.

Good dinning option if you are in the area. The portions are good and the quality of the ingredients too. The service was fast.

If you want a really special meal stick to the chef's choices. The other items are very impressive and the service was so so.

While running an errand in Downtown Silver Spring, Jon and I enjoyed Thai Iced Teas from Kao Thai Restaurant. While we waited for our teas, we got hungry looking at the specials. We admitted we had to return for dinner sometime in the near future.

Nothing authentic about this Thai restaurant. The seafood was overcooked and tough. No authentic flavors at all. The soup was good but it probably came out of a can. The chicken satay was bland not made in house the sweet and sour pork was far too sweet. Over all I would have given it a 1 star but the wine was good and the service acceptable. If you want an average meal then it is ok.

This place has a really amazing Thai food, everything is so well season.
