I don't usually go to IHOP but when we do we have to think twice before going to this location, The manager or person in charge there needs to more customer service training, he acts like he doesn't want to be there and the way he talks to you is harsh with attitude, aside from him the staff is good at what they do, friendly warm and inviting(when not been closely watched by the manager) FIY the last couple times we went there and tipped the servers cash they didn't want us to give it to them infront of the manager since he usually takes their whole tip or half it. That's why we might not want to come back to this location eventhough is about a mile close to home.

It was pretty bad. We had what I assume was the manager serve us, looked like he was in his mid 50's, maybe Greek, he was awful, any time we asked for anything, he gave off the impression that I was a a**hole, and a giant inconvenience to him. Everyone else gave us that impresion too. Order was not correct. He brought my gf's coffee after they served us the food. The food wasn't even that great though. The pancakes wouldn't stay together. Every time I tried to pick one up with the fork, it just crumbled apart. The bacon was way to cooked, it wasn't even crispy, it was just straight hard as a rock. The hashbrowns were burnt on the bottom. The eggs were good though. And why is a regular cup of coke like $3.50? Everything else is reasonably priced, that's just ridiculous though.

Just left the restaurant due to poor service. The hostess had my friend and I wait with a nearly empty restaurant and the. Proceeded to seat people ahead of us. When asked for an explanation, she provided none. She didn’t care about our business, so we do not care to provide it. Off to Bob Evans.

Service was very polite, despite making a few mistakes with our orders.Service was a bit slow as well, because they are understaffed (from what it appeared).Food was as expected at an IHOP. As far as IHOPs go, a decent establishment.Would recommend if you're in the mood for an IHOP. Restaurant was clean and servers are friendly.

Had Breakfast feast, which was more than enough for my wife and me. Service was good. Food came fairly quickly and was prepared well. Pancakes were large, fluffy and great.

The food was really good, but good grief the service was bad! We waited forever for everything! The waitress didn't bother to check in to see if we needed refills or if the food was to our liking...then when we were done eating we waited over 30 minutes for her to come and give us a messed up check!! Horrible!! You would have thought it was packed in there...nope, just two tables, ours and one other...so sad!!

This place is pathetic.Management doesn’t know how to run a kitchen staff. Online orders are delivered an HOUR late. Younger staff has a chip on their shoulder and they have an attitude. If ordering for pickup, mentally brace for an hour wait to get your food and hope it comes out correct. Otherwise, don’t bother. Absolute worst iHop chain I have ever visited.

Came here to eat breakfast last week. Our total came to $28.37 and we even tipped the waitress in cash. Couple days after checking my credit card they charged me $38.37. They added even more tip on top of my charge without consent. Even though i put $0.00 for tip because I didn't want to overcharge my credit card. This is so wrong. So now they are stealing from customers. Customers beware of the people serving you and make sure they don't overcharge you!

Ordered the patty melt! I didn't read the sandwich description well. I thought it was a patty melt with pepper jack cheese. It was with pickled jalapeños and cheese. Not my fave!? service was good! Fries abd sandwich were hot and fresh!

Likely the best IHOP I have dined at. Very clean. Professional service. Clean bathrooms. Prompt seating and ordering. Highly recommend as a top choice for IHOP in the DC/Baltimore area.
