I was not a fan of this food truck. We got a chicken quesadilla, a chicken taco, and a side of rice. The chicken was very dry and the rice was bland. However, The biggest disappointment was the quesadilla. I have never heard of a quesadilla that has lettuce and sour cream cooked INSIDE the quesadilla - it’s always been served on the side, which is what “served with” also implies. Warm, liquidity, runny sour cream with dry chicken and wilted stringy lettuce was not our idea of dinner, so sadly, We threw it out.

Not sure if it was just a bad night but the refried beans tasted like old fryer oil, bitter and unpleasant. The chicken was dry but had good flavor. The steak was tough and tasted freezer burnt. The tacos had a few too many onions for my liking and the corn tortillas were not as soft as I'd hoped. the rice was good and the salsa verde was very good! I'm hesitant to try them again.
The food is excellent and fresh. Lots of cilantros and onions on tacos. Burrito is huge. But the price is a bit expensive in terms of food truck. The wait time was reasonable. It looks like a popular place since quite some people came and went while I was waiting.
