Food was decent especially the Fajitas. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Took 15 minutes for someone to even come and ask us what we want to drink. It took 3 tries to different waiters to get hot sauce and we had to ask the manager finally to get our bill since nobody came after they dropped our food. The place was busy so instead of a manager that roams around doing nothing may be they should have more waiters.
Food was very good and tasty. However the service was terrible!First the steak came well done, and I order medium rare. The sever never came to check the table, I had to leave the table and go looking for him to ask for a replacement.We order a coke and he brought a full glass with coke (like a soda from the fountain) when I asked for a refill he said that sodas are from cans. He never told us or brought the cam in the table. That’s odd.The server barely came to check the table or ask of we need more drinks or something else.Then I asked for a Perrier, the server poured all bottle and my glass and left. Why not leave the bottle on the table and I can server myself? And the water was lemon flavored. I only noticed when I drank (because I couldn’t even see the bottle). I hate flavored water! And it took more 15 to the server come back to the table to tell him about the water.Get the check was another waiting.It was my first, and probably last visit here. Besides the tasty food, service made everything bitter.
Customer service is superb. Friendly staff. Food is well seasoned especially the chicken taste so good.Chips and salsa are delicious and given once you are seated! Overall experience coming here twice already has been great both times.Drinks are good. We ordered Plato Picadera Especial its enough for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. We recommend that dish! ?(Forgot to take food pics) but do have 1 pic of drink which was deliciousThey also do have a mini bar inside you can also eat there as well. Entrance and bathroom are both handicapped accessible. You can pay with ? credit card
First time visit. Saturday night; busy but tables were available. Nice high ceiling dinning room, especially for watching soccer with dinner. Great selection and flavor of food and drinks. Lots of well trained staff. Manager could visit the tables and look for opportunities to improve, like ensuring place settings are on table before the food arrives, talking to guests, noticing empty chip baskets mean the food prep is too slow.Looking forward to going again!
The food and service was good. First time there and the server help out out with food selections and they turned out to be great ones. Will be back soon.
Good service they were really lovely and welcomed, but the best part was the food. It was really delicious and really cultured. It is really worth it to come again. ( don’t mind the last picture I was too hungry lol)
Amazing place to come and enjoy the beautiful weather, food and beverages! The most thing I love to come to do is visit the bar. Delmy is one of the best bartenders I have seen to do the best margaritas! Such a talented women very friendly such a good service 5/5 stars for sure.
What can I say, ROBERTO was amazing! We didn't have a reservation for the correct number but he was sure to accommodate our party last minute. He was very attentive, he was accurate with our 13 separate orders. He kept checking in on us to ensure we were all good. It was definitely a busy Friday, and he was on It!!!
I used to frequent here the days my child had dance. The food is amazing, the music is great, and the bartender Rafael made the experience pleasant. Once Rafael got moved to the Silver Spring location, the bar hasn’t been the same. Please bring him back!!! I’ll definitely be back once he’s back!!
Food is excellent. Margaritas are on point. It is absurd that they only have a 3.9.5-star all the way.
