On Sunday May 1st, I gave this restaurant a 5 star only because the one waitress, for 27 guests gave us her all!!! She was fast getting our food. Unfortunately, Management was there but did not help her with refills, napkins, extra side orders. Management would have seen that the cooks placed a cold side dish on top of a very hot fajita plate, making the items inedible!! I must say the food was very tasty. I did not have to add any seasoning to the food. Management needs to step it up!! Way to go #1 waitress!!
Very racially biased restaurant. Served all Hispanics and white guest before my guest and I. I was trying not to take it racially but we were the only two black people in the restaurant . They had us wait for half an hour after being place in a table in corner of the restaurant. We weren’t even given the common decency of providing water. They even served people that were seated after we arrived. We left and no one said anything. Discriminatory beware!
Sunday we went to dinner with my family and they had a quinziañera. Really bad service from the waitress and the food took for ever to arrive at the table. They were more focused on the quinziañera arrangement then on the customers. They should close the restaurant for public if they will not give priority to them.
Food was good but drinks over prices like 22 for beerita and no price on the menu for drinks so ask first if you don’t want big surprise at the end
Excellent atmosphere, food, and service! Recently went for lunch and had excellent food and service - there were only a handful of other tables occupied at the time. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very good, and the portions were very generous for the price. There is ample, free parking in the back and it is a quick walk from several major bus lines that run through Silver Spring/Takoma Park/DC. I plan to add El Aguila to my regular rotation of restaurants!
Que delicioso!I never write reviews, but this place is amazing! My first time here taking my family & I will be back soon! Highly recommend to anyone in the mood for some Latino food!
Food was amazing and the DJ had everyone on the dance floor but the service was terrible, by the time I received my food my drink was hot so be prepared to be there a long time, I asked the waitress for a class of ice on 3 different occasions and even went up to the manager and he was absolutely no help, I ended up going to the bar and getting it myself. Some of the individuals in my party had to sit and wait for their food for a good while. The meal was $60 a person and came with a dessert but the waitress never came to take the order and after going to the manager for a second time about this issue I was ignored for the second time. The food was great and the servers were swift and attentive. One thing was that one of our orders was wrong and the other one was incomplete. The lady that took our orders didn't bring it but someone else did. That might be the reason for the error. Outside that, the food was really good.
Great place, service is outstanding. Thank you Antonio for wonderful service, and the staff that helped us made this day wonderful. Great management and drinks. Highly recommended.
