I order an egg sandwich they gave me with an egg shell and the service was lousy and on top of it, it had no salt, the truth is that I do not recommend it to anyone.?? Store 2385
They used to be on rt.1 in Beltsville, easy to get to with good parking. Their bagels were great. Not now. When I just looked, their new places are basically inaccessible, one with limited parking and another inside a federal building and no consumer access. Shame
I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always great and they keep the place well organized constantly. Rates are affordable and they serve big portions.

They always have a great selection and their items are fresher and most tasty that elsewhere. Friendly helpful customer service as well.

This franchise location is run by Sodexo who has (almost) all the food service concessions at the FDA campus. Unless you work at the FDA, don't try coming here. The service is typical Einstein Bros. The bagels are ok. I never get anything else here. I only get bagels here if I'm buying several. For just one bagel, I go to the cafeteria instead, which is slightly closer to my office, and I can toast it myself so the bagel comes out dark enough.
Great bagels, coffee, juice, soups for feds who work on the campus.
