First time at this location and probably my last. The cashier was very rude and impatient to all customers. They were out of most of the bagel’s that customers wanted. My smoothie is very watery and way too sweet. The All nighter sandwich was good, but I think it would be better with the original hash brown bagel which they were out of. The photo shows all of the bagels that were out when I went.
They don’t let paying customers who are 9 months pregnant use their employees only restroom when those pregnant customers are having an emergency and the regular bathroom is out of service.I was then told to stop leaning on the “online order pick up” counter while I was waiting for my order to be ready. And they were extremely rude about it.Once my order was ready, the bagels were hard and stale and my breakfast sandwich was missing ingredients.I’m not one to leave negative comments but going here was a waste of my time and money.I won’t be back here.
Poor customer service and apparently you cannot use their restroom even if you are patronizing their establishment. I was told to walk to the Giant grocery store down the street. I should've taken my business to the Giant food!!!!
I usually don't comment negative reviews but I had to for this restaurant. First of all, the service was very fast so that was great. However the cashier was kind of rude, was running around everywhere and kind of unprofessional. She asked me what kind of bagel I wanted and I said "Classic bagel" very clearly. I had to repeat myself like three times before she understood but she kept saying what? huh? in a rude and annoyedtone. Also the avacado toast itself was very hard and there was no seasoning or salt. Disappointing.
Very tasty just tiny. Real eggs and ingredients.

Bagles are hard n doesn’t look fresh. Overall its a okay experience. But can do way more better
The food here is terrible. The bagels are old my jaw hurts from chewing these bagels. They barely put cream cheese. Two stars because the lady there gave me excellent service I suspect the owners or trainers tell employees to serve old bagels and skim on the cream cheese.
Went there to pick up some sandwiches super delicious, and they were quick with my order. Staff there were very nice, I will stop by again :)
I was there a few weeks ago in the morning. I was picking up a large catering order for the company I work at. I had placed the order weeks in advance. The nice part was that it was ready to go and I was easily able to pick up the large order but the disappointing part is that none of the employees helped me carry it to my car which was around the corner in the very small parking lot. The employees could have stopped what they were doing for less than 1 min. to help me carry everything to my car. I have gotten catering from many different companies and this is the first time no one has helped.The food was good but 2 of the cream cheese sides were scooped in a plastic container and not the official cream cheese tub..
