Hopefully, it was a bad weekend. They got my order wrong, the coffee & sandwich and to top it off my hash browns were overcooked. I should have taking it all back but I didn't. I'm gonna give them ANOTHER TRY SOON.
Horrible customer service skills presented by Dianne in particular. She charged me for multiple items that I did not purchase when she was suppose to refund me for the terrible tasting lemonade. No manager was on duty and two other rude employees ( unidentified male and female) ganged up on me instead apologizing and correcting Dianne’s mistake. After 10 mins of insults from the 3 employees another employee Jonanna was able to assist and displayed good customer service skills with her manager on the phone line. Overall the experience really upset me and the drinks were terrible. I will never visit this location again.
Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service. Not sure if the workers are disgruntled or if they are overwhelmed. Also, don't use the self-order kiosk inside as the staff does not seem to quickly process orders from the kiosk!
DON'T do the grilled cheese with pesto and tomatoes! Just don't. The skin on the tomatoes is inedible, unless you like cellophane tape in your mouth. They look like tomatoes, smell like tomatoes--not chewable. Ruined the whole sandwich.
9/10 times my ice coffee would be bad. Today was the worst. The coffee was very bitter and the top to my cup was the wrong to so guess what happened!! The wait time are a bit long also. I don’t think that I’m going to return to this location.
Alright, I must say I’m very disappointed in this New DD’s.I walked in as if I were a ghost. No line. No welcome or “ how can I help you”.Too busy on drive thru orders and not paying any attention to walk in customers. I order on the “order here” machine. I wait for 5-10 + minutes. I get told their fresh out of ALL Beagles types. ( would have been useful to have known this before walking in) So I get donuts instead. Wait another 5-10 mins before I’m noticed yet again & they can finally complete my order. A total of 20 + minutes waiting. NOT coming back
This is a new under a year old DD. It's clean, & the employees appear to be eager to provide a good service. I've been going to this DD since it opened & it's come a long in developing their teamwork.
This place make horrible coffee. Either is to sweet, or bitter, light or strong, one my hash browns was literally still frozen. Worse part is that this been going on since they open and they’re NOT doing anything to better train them. I always go to the one on Colesville Rd 20904. Indian Ladies over there make better coffee
Just no. Save your money, your calories, your patience fit something more worthwhile. Or drive to another dunkin location. This place is awful. No donuts are made on premises, period. my bfst sandwich looked like somebody had stepped on it. My order was wrong; I expected that from reviews. I did not expect stale donuts, no napkins, a tortuous ordering process. Just no.
Usually a friendly experience but avoid the drive thru at all costs. It regularly crawls at a snails pace. Today, it took me over 20 minutes to get through. Insane. They need to hire more people or figure out how to be more efficient.
