This is the only location that tries to charge you $1.06 for a cup of ice. I came in yesterday and was told that they no longer give out free ice as of two weeks ago but if you purchase something you can get a cup of ice. Today I went again and purchased something and asked for a cup of ice on the side to which I was told it would be $1.06. I informed them that that’s not what was said the day prior but they still want to try to charge people a dollar for some ice. None of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area do this but this location. They are making up their own prices on items and making up their own rules. You can’t even purchase any donuts or food items after 8 PM, another made up rule. People need to stop going to this location so it can be closed down. Burtonsville is 4 minutes away and worth going to. Corporate will be called as well.
Of all the local Dunkin Donuts, I like this one the best. Toasted Coconut donuts! The folks are friendly and fast & my order is usually correct.
This place is terrible. The staffs are not professional. They always sitting on the tables and eat chips and fries and stuff and talking also they close the light and the doors early around 7 pm before the closing time, Sitting inside with on the table with friends.
Great spot for a coffee and quick sandwich. The coffee is fresh and food tastes good. The workers have always been nice and helpful.
They constantly run out of drinks, ice cream etc. I've only seen teenagers or very young people working there and they have terrible attitudes. A lot of the staff do not speak English and give the wrong orders. Management is no better. I stopped going there because the atmosphere is very unpleasant and these people who work there should not be working there if they don't like what they're doing.
Bought a sandwich it was poorly made, waiting in the drive through was a pain and on top of that they gave me the wrong bagel! So I threw it away… Burtonsville one is so much better and better service
My family and I went through the drive through to get our breakfast. When we came home and ate the food we were absolutely disgusted. My daughters avocado toast tasted like cardboard and was completely black and burnt. My sons bread on his sandwich was completely burnt as well.
Very slow service inside the store. It seemed like there were only 2 people working, and there were 3 people waiting inside the store plus at least one car in the drive-through.
Always great here excellent customer service as well as clean environment.
some women with braids was so rude and wasn’t making my coffee correctly felt disrespected and feel as if she should be firedthank you.
