I don't normally complain. I always like Dunkin Donuts but this location is disappointing. I order Latte with Oat milk with vanilla shot, and when I pick it up, It taste like Coffee with cold water, No flavor at all. I told the stuff that this is not what I order but all they did is put a little bit of oat milk. I don't like making a scene and argue with people. But this people working in this location looks very Unhappy and unwelcoming. They don't even smile and looks like they just came in to work to get paid. Very disappointing with customer service.
Website says they have curbside pickup. I called in an order at 5:45 to be picked up curbside at 6:45. At first I was told there was no drive-thru; I explained that I just wanted curbside pickup and was told that was OK. I pull up at 6:50 with an 8-month old, a 1 year old, and a 6 year old in my car (the reason I wanted curbside pickup) to a spot with a sign indicating it's for curbside pickup, although it's almost completely blocked in a by a motorcycle and a huge van whose drivers are both inside the restaurant. I put my blinkers on and call to have my order brought out to me. The woman who answered said I need to come inside to pay. I told her that the reason I ordered curbside pickup was that I was alone with 3 little kids in the car on my way to work, so could they please bring my order out, and the woman just hung up on me. I have many family members who work and have worked in the restaurant industry, so I am sympathetic to the demands and regular poor treatment by customers, but this is absolutely ridiculous. First time I've felt it necessary to complain about a restaurant in my life.
13874 Geórgia Ave , Silver Spring…this store is horrible, the worst store I've ever entered from DD! I made a mobile order and when I arrived at the restaurant there was absolutely nothing I ordered, and no one wanted to reimburse me, which was absurd! Not to mention that I had ordered 10 donuts, the attendant gave me 8! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Ordering ahead on the app really saves time.

This dunkin is consistently hit or miss. There’s one young man who they seem to schedule alone all the time. Despite the fact that he is overwhelmed and alone, he always does a fabulous job. On the other hand when they have a full staff, they’re slow, forget things and normally have an attitude. Today I asked for a cup of water. This was after ordering drinks, donuts and a full breakfast...the girl rolled her eyes and explained it would be a $1 for the water.
I know people are loyal to their favorite coffee and it's usually that overpriced coffee shop that I will not name. For me, my favorite is Dunkin'. It has great flavor, it's not so strong that it makes my stomach hurt, it's always fresh and very, very price friendly!
Consistently one of the quickest Dunkin's I've been to. They never get the order wrong and staff are friendly. 10/10
