Went there the other day. Store was okay a little dirty. Bathroom was decent. The workers , alright but the manager (pause) .... Very rude. Ive been there before a few times and this isn’t nothing new. I actually spoke to someone the last time I was in there and me and the guy spoke about how the manager can be nasty at times. But honestly they need new management ASAP.
Store hours posted stated the store opens at 5 am when I arrived at 6:30 am store was not open
(October 15, 2021 at 8:00am. First time here. The breakfast was good as usual. This location however was smaller than the previous one's I've been too. The customer service was ok. The timely manner in which the items were served was ok as well. If I'm in the area I would go there again.
DON'T GET THE SOURDOUGH BREAD. IT'S HARD AS A ROCK!!THEY DON'T HAVE FRESH FOOD.

The person was Spanish speaking and extremely unprofessional. I was waiting for the store to open and knocked on the door because she failed to open on time. When I knocked on the door, she said there wasn’t anything available with an attitude. I mentioned that the store was showing opened online but she continued with her attitude and slammed the door in my face! How rude and disrespectful of the opening person! Was she a manager? Wow!

On 6/10 afternoon I visited this shop for the first time. The guy was great, friendly and paid attention to detail. I got exactly what I ordered and decided to come back the morning of 6/11. I ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and I got two cold bagels two bottoms in one order and two tops on the other. Maybe you want to make the evening guy in charge of the morning crew. Just a suggestion..
I placed an order for this location and they messed up my entire order. Now I don't know if the person that prepared my order was new or they just didn't know what to do but either way this location needs to do better.
