Latin food is very good, at pleasantly low prices.The staff is extremely courteous and the atmosphere is calm and familiar.Nice place...!!
The chicken was dry ?? Of the many Peruvian chicken options in the DMV, Don Pollo disappoints. Chicken is the star of the show, so for it to be dry on a Saturday afternoon, is a no for me.

Very bad service. They gave me chicken sauce for salade dressing. They don't like pepe out of their race it seems like. Not nice very back ward premitive metality. If you are not laying decent ,please don't go to tath outfit.
Everything was great! Just think the Chicken can use a little bit of seasoning for more flavor and it needs more cooking the breast white meat was undercooked.Great location!
Whenever I come here my food is ALWAYS fresh! Definitely glad they opened a location right in downtown
I recently ordered for second time but this time it was not so good. I ordered delivery at 8pm but seems like they close at 9 so who ever filled my order was in a real hurry and negligent. They didn't close containers well and the bags were all wet with liquids, the chicken was raw and bloody I had to cooked more the next day, the plantain was hard so I try to also cooked more but didn't work so went to trash, and on top I wrote a complain in their website and it's been 2 weeks and nobody has responded. For almost $40 I expected better service. Will -NOT buy again.*UPDATE**Don Pollo redeemed themselves! As they requested me here, I contacted the manager David at this location in Silver Spring, he was professional and courteous and gave us a complementary new order, this time the chicken was well cooked and all the other items fine (but I still will not buy more plantain) seems like they do no trust much their delivery service and I don't blame them. I will continue ordering from Don Pollo but not again on a Sunday night. Thank you Don Pollo for taking care of your costumers.
I visited for the first time last week and it was good. I tried their Bistec Saltado and it was ??They give pretty large portions and the food is good. My steak was a little over cooked, but still good. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You are able to dine in the restaurant or order takeout/delivery. There is an area for outdoor seating, but they haven’t put any chairs out there (this location is fairly new). It’s also conveniently located in the mall, so you can go shopping after.
1st time eating at Don Pollo and the food, customer service was great. Prices are not to bad either.
