My last trip to DonPolli of Glenmont was depressing. The chicken was too salty & too much oregano. The Mac & cheese is disgusting. Who approved this for the menu. Y'all slipping?
We ordered ceviche, chicken chaufa, pollo estofado and lomo saltado and it was all delicious with big portions. Same good quality as other Don Pollo restaurants I have visited.
Super friendly staff. Chicken tastes fantastic and generous portions on the black beans and rice.

I wasn't satisfied, my meal was a disaster. I ordered the beef and riceThe rice was ok, you could count the beef on one hand. The beef and tons of onion was placed on a bed of French fries, go figure.
I when there today Friday around 5 today when I got home wish I leave right across street found the yuca is stone cold hard dry! I should know that will happen when I saw a lot yuca sitting there when I pick up the food at the counter. Service is good but yuca is to be serve hot and crispy
Horrible experience, I order a whole chicken with a side of rice, side of beans, a side of plantains and a side of salad, the mess my order up When I was home I realized that I got rice and beans (mix/all together) and fried yuca instead of plantains I called them and they didn’t even apologize for their mistake, lost a customer
Terrible experience for picking up online orders after 6.00 pm. They packed chicken that has been sitting for so long, hard and very dry. I ordered yuca fries as side. Unfortunately, I found quarter portion is filled with French fries. Very frustrating. Their service is poor.
Staff are very friendly. Place clean. Food good only eat the fish dinner .
