The food is amazing. Cooked well and large portions. A must stop when in the area. Definitely recommend the plantains. A good end to dinner. They also have a lot of dessert options. Tres Leche is so good. Staff are nice and the food is prepared quickly. Must recommend.

Staff was rude, they ordered something different than I asked. Part of the order I paid it in cash and the other part in card, they only refunded me the card part until I went back and I asked for my cash back. If I wouldn’t have gone back, they would’ve kept my money. When they call you to give you your food they do it almost whispering and when you ask for your food they say “I’ve been calling this order for the longest” which is a lie. They just want to make you feel bad. In general I don’t like this place and I suggest you stay away. The one in downtown silver spring is better.
The food is great but lately with the new management, they have been stingy with food.They barely put beans on the rice.Also I’ve heard how the manager talks to her employees and it’s disgusting.
Always super fast, love their yuca fries and the chicken is about as good as every other charcoal chicken place. 4 stars because most of their sides aren’t that tasty. Green Sauce is to die for.
Food has always been on point up until recently we ordered Lomo Salgado and Jalea de Mariscos. Lomo saltado had more papás than anything else and the flavor was off. I love my tomatoes and onions and they barely put any. Jalea de Mariscos portioning was wayyy less than before. Mind you we eat here at least once at month and we always order Jalea.
It's solid the chicken is good but the sides aren't as good. I have been to places with better sides. Also they do not allow you to get just dark meat which is what I love so that was a little disappointing as well. Overall it's good food

Bad service... I think you have to Spanish to order here because when I went in one night no one served me so I walked off and went to the one in the plaza next to it, they were more nice .
