We had a pizza snafu with this location. Even though our order was semi correct (the crust style was wrong), the reason for the one-star review is the poor customer service from the location’s manager, Brandon. He was extremely unprofessional. After I apologized for the error he couldn’t let it go. I chuck it up to that fact that he is very inexperienced and the fault really líes on the owner who’s responsibility is to guide their employees to provide excellent service.
They continue to fail to deliver and their tracker app says delivered. Good luck calling them! As they don’t answer. If you don’t have staff during Covid than freaking close!
Customer service for Carryout has improved since my first review. But I'm not really impressed with the flimsy piece of meat (?) used on their so-called Philly Steak n cheese sandwich. Domino's chefs should take a visit to Philadelphia to see how they make a REAL Philly steak n cheese sandwich.do it & leave the no name grocery store's strip-wanna be-steak alone.I last wrote. I ordered a Thin Crust Chicken and Bacon pizza with Garlic Parmeasan Sauce.It was amazing. Fresh ingredients, friendly customer service, and I was able to redeem my Domino's rewards.
This is I will go to pizza place. The gluten-free pizza is delicious from here and always enjoy the medium or large specials. Drivers are always courteous and pizzas always hot and tasty. Thank you!
