The AWOREST customer service. Even they don't know why they are there. I ordered speciality pizza and when I went back to pic up, the one who took the order( the skinny guy) is packing other pizza orders and asked the delivery guy( I don't know his name but he is short black guy) to hand over to me. The delivery guy just ignored and left the store. It was my first day to order pizza from this place. This place is totally the worest place to order pizza.I don't really recommend for any body.
It took like 30mim to receive our delivery order which is good. (Ordered online)Everything was fresh and delicious, a special lava cake ?Thank you
Ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive. They refunded the transaction and let me keep the pizza. The app gave me a code for a few pizza. When I used the code to order the free pizza it arrived falling out the box. The driver had to return to the store to remake it. Not sure what's wrong with this location but they are serious need of help.
i ordered my pizza and it took two hours to deliver i am highly unsatisfied not to mention i called several times and nobody answered. this is exactly why i ordered elsewhere and pay the extra
This place needs to be seriously looked at. Employee making food had no mask on, he was eating while making food and laughing. The female employee taking orders had her entire upper torso on the pizza boxes while she text on her phone. Place was just unsanitary and unsafe.
I was told my pizza will be ready in 20 minutes but while I was waiting in my car I saw that the business is not that busy So I get back in the store not even in10 minutes the pizza was cooked out but they didn’t put it in the pizza box and the girl working there was on her phone she was not even seen me for about a minute then I get my cold pizza I don’t know why she told me to wait for 20 minutes since it could be ready in 8 minutes I don’t recommend this place for your pizza

I ordered my food around 10:30 and they waited and entire hour until 30 minutes before closing to cancel my order and when I tried calling they wouldn’t answer! I live 5 minutes away…
Please avoid this place, I ordered buffalo chicken wings and they were barely cooked and barely had buffalo sauce on them, also with 2 extra ranch dressings but never got the ranch.
honestly a very nice place, but when you order from the app. why does the quality check take longer than the actual prep time? every. single. time.
