They didn't want to tell me the big points and I asked for the manager and he didn't want to attend to me and we ended up leaving the restaurant because the manager and he and the waiter didn't even c
In-depth review as a gamer. I went with my wife and only played the co-op games with 135 credits (CR), plus the card fee at $28 with 15 bonus CR. 150 CR at 8 CR avg. per game equals 8.5 co-op plays within 40 minutes.Difficulty: They need to nerf the settings a bit, becuase these games are set way too difficult, when you just want to enjoy it. Each game should last 2.5 minutes, that would be great with the high cost, because you'll blow through your CR quickly.Game Reviews with credit and time estimates for more detail.Halo (9.2 CR 1.5 min.): Beautiful game, but no dodging or personal energy shields. You'll just keep getting hit till your dead. Elites have high shields, takes a bit to kill one. If you play together on one side, don't worry about the other side, you take no damage from the other screen, fyi! Its ok, but needs more life or less damage setting.Ghostbusters (7.5 CR 1 min.): This machine ate my credits so one person only played it, its not a game but a timed ghost catching game for tickets. No action in it, the marshmellow man ends your game instantly. Waste of time. The gun was stiff and terrible to hold. Don't play it!Walking Dead (7.5 CR 2 min.): Someone left the game and we just freeloaded, but surprisingly, you take little damage per hit. Reload is annoying, as you pull back the crossbow. But its a headshot game, if you cant aim, its going to be hard. Its ok to play.Jurassic Park (7.5 CR 3 min.): Great gun control and accuracy. They should turn off that civilian damage or lower it, becuase we weren't killed by dino's, but kept hitting the NPC's, the game constantly throws them at you. Good game, but NPC's damaged has to be tuned down.Luigi's Mansion (7.5 CR 25 sec.): Terrible concept, you have to flash them with a light then attack, its difficult when you can only attack so many at one time. 3 hits and your out. 3 ghosts on the screen and we couldn't handle it without getting hit. Players need more health!House of the Dead (7.5 CR 10 sec.): We instantly died the first few seconds. The zombie somehow held me down and I never did anything, my wife couldn't help because she was attacked, then zombies don't go down easily, she had a bazooka! Didn't help… 3 hits and your out! Way too hard and quick!Mario Kart (7.5 CR 2 min.): Its Mario Kart, no comment, best game all around! Fun courses and great graphics.Cruisin' Racing (7.5 CR 2 min.): Classic Cruisin' USA with bright colors and exotic cars. Selection is terrible becuase it gives many options with less than 15 sec. to do it. Games ok though. Add more selection time!Piano (6.8 CR 10 sec.): Didn't even know it was a ticket game, I thought it was a musical game. You get like less than 10 second to play along the keys and thats it! Wth? Not worth it. Thought it was like DDR for your hands with 2 minute songs! This will only be a one time thing. Setting are too hard to just enjoy as first timers on a budget, which is made for you to play it many times. But its expensive if your not careful. If it was a bit cheaper, it would curve the difficulty part. Its ok...but just a one time visit. I prefer games to last a bit longer. Also mostly only racing, shooting, and ticket games. No adventure or action (side-scrolling). Those smartphone adapted games need to go, too expensive for such a game. Use the space for actual arcade games and cabinets.
5/17/22 This young man was an amazing waiter!!! He took on a party of 10 plus. He kept a smile at all times. He had an amazing sense of humor! He never got frustrated or flustered at all. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. He was very prompted in everything he did. He doesn't understand how much we truly appreciated him. I know we probably ran him crazy with all of the orders but he was great. Please give this young man his commendation. He deserves it all. Haven't been to this location in years due to the commute but to receive the customer service we got I'm definitely coming back. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!
I had lots of fun hanging out with friends here. The staff was really friendly. I hadn’t been to a DB in several years and was surprised by the the no physical tickets anymore. They have upgraded with the times so they use a card and saving on paper which is nice. The bartender asked for Id’s of all members of the party which is important too. Overall, it was a great experience.
everything was great. so much fun
Don't waste your time and money here. Inadequate, unprofessional, and cognitive inability to answer simple questions and attend to their patrons. Called prior to arriving for a fight that I was told they were showing but sure enough, the fight was not being shown. Several other patrons also were going through the same issue and were also not attended to. Only one nice lady who didn't work the bar was trying to help as best she could. Took a near hour only to be told the fight was actually not being shown, even though we were told by the D&B staff that they would show it. The rest of the bar staff were abysmal and just lost the businesses of current and future patrons.
Had some time to kill so wife and I got some cards. We each got $25 cards and gave us just a bit over 300 points, most games were in the 6- to 8 range of points. I only noticed one game that was out of order and we were able to get on a lot of two player games without any wait or only waiting on minute or two. Place was clean and not too crowded. We didn't focus much on tickets but did end up with about 400 and was able to get a wine bottle topper
Such a fun place to go! The food was delicious and the games are soo entertaining! Great place to bring family and friends! Got an awesome light up cup too ?
We had a bad experience with the food service at the restaurant portion of the facility. This rarely happens where I feel the need to write about it online, but it was that bad! However, with that being said, the entertainment section here was super fun and there was a ton of different games to choose from. We had a great time nonetheless. The 1 star review was for the waitress we had that night. It was terrible service. She was apathetic, brought our food and forgot to bring sauces which i needed for my meal before i could eat it (and why i asked for them when i ordered the food). We asked for them 2 other times and got them 25 minutes later finally after the second time asking.I was a waitress at one point in my life so I understand multiple things could have happened here in this scenario...but it was her attitude ultimately that was the worst part. That and she never once, beyond dropping the sauces off (way late) to check on us again and was kind of dismissive and rude when we did have to ask her for anything. Also we asked for a $100 card so our son could start playing games and she never brought it. We asked for this 3 times in the 1 and half hours we sat there which is a ridiculous amount of time for some burger and fries meal. In that time I watched her come and go 7-8 times to the table directly across from us. It was super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this locations restaurant section at all due to this experience.
My first worst experience at Dave & Buster's. We waited nearly an hour for water. It came after our food.... then came our beverages. The kids were eating with nothing to drink. Two of the kids meals came after everyone was done and it was in to-go boxes. The kids had pizza and burgers. We had 10 guests. It wasn't until the second manager came on to the shift that things started moving. We had to order from the bar code. They should really check in with their guests, especially if they're using the barcode.
