Chicken was dry. Fries were soft but rice was good ?? rude customer service. Waste of money$$ do not go there

It is very blatant. Do not spend your money there. Please do NOT step a foot in those doors, as we are not welcome there. Please go elsewhere.
Maybe it was an off night but the fried plantains were hard and undercooked. The portions of rice and beans is small and my flan didn’t taste good and wasn’t closed properly so by the time I got home it had leaked through the bag.
I love this place it’s so yummy, i love the side orders the chicken is finger licking i dont ever get tired of eating here. SO GOOD ! 100% recommend. You may have to pay for a little extra sauce and that’s understandable they do make their own sauce of scratch.SO WORTH IT
I setup an online order and made my way to the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant that was empty except for me and the people working there at the time. So approached the front counter and told the guy at the front that I placed an online order and instead of helping me because im the only person in the building he said "go over there". I guess it was the pickup side or something but the place was empty, he could've asked me what my name was or anything else. Once I walked over to the other side which was not even 2 ft from him my bag of food was there and ready. Its crazy because he could've asked my name, and literally reached over and gave me my food which was an arm length away from him. I'm not looking for 5 star service but a little bit wouldn't hurt.
The gentleman in the cashier is rude, he throw the change on my hand. Looks like he is not happy working there, and I pay cash NO RECEIVED. Food no good. I prefer to go Rockville. Probably for this reason no people eating in this restaurant.I won’t return there anymore….
This place is horrible . Ordered Through doordash and called to confirm the order and they still have the wrong food . Went to the place to pick up correct food he told me he couldn’t give to me .. what in the world … how do you make a mistake and not fix the mistake. The people here horrible .
I visited this food establishment on 1/15/22 evening (approximately 6:30).The front cashier took my order and when I checked my order upon leaving, I told him (respectfully) that the order was incorrect. The man began to speak in a very loud and berated manner to me, “Lady this is what you ordered and this is what you get.” I did not want to escalate the situation and then left.The chicken was very dry (tasteless) and with one taste of the rotten coleslaw—the remainder went to my garbage disposal.The customer service and food needs improvement. However, I have no intention of this visiting Crisp and Juicy restaurant again. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this food establishment and when your tastebuds are calling for chicken, seek another restaurant.
Okay yes, their chicken is good. BUT they have a ridiculous 3% credit card fee. So bring cash with you. They also don’t give enough sauce. The portion is way too small for a whole chicken. They are stingy when you ask for more sauce. You have to pay $1 for 3 -.-
I am a longtime fan of Peruvian Chicken and always try a new place when I can. Staff were friendly, and prices were reasonable. However the food was really bad, chicken was so dry and over cooked, fried youca was old, and cut very thick it was raw inside and so as the plantain, was soaking in oil and very cold, ended up throwing almost all of it away. The credit card machine was "down" which was questionable considering they have a big sign at the entrance encouraging customers to pay cash with a promise of 4% discount another sign at the counter indicates that there will be a 4% credit card fee add to the bill wich I don't know on what basis they collect these fees.
