Nostalgic eatery from old Silver Spring! At one time Crisfield had several locations but this is the original one. If those walls could talk, you would hear happy stories from our local residents spoken over a delicious meal. Covid hurt their business, but they are coming back to life. The food has not changed....so delicious! Good enough to remind folks of the best of Maryland cuisine!???

We have eaten here many times; it still retains its aura of history along with good Maryland seafood served up diner style. Can't wait to return.
I haven't been to this place since I was kid. The fact that is tastes just as good as I remember speaks volumes for this place. I would visit this whenever I return to MD.
Embarked on a journey to get there from Aspen Hill only to find that the dining room was closed and it was carry out only in April 2022!
Best seafood restaurant in the DMV by far. Don't pass on the stuffed shrimp, and remember the Ned's.
I ordered the stuff shrimp. It was dry and fried! I hate fried stuffed shrimp. I assumed it would be broiled bc it’s a restaurant not a carry out. Should’ve known the food would be nasty when the guy over the phone told me that sides were Apple sauce out of the can, baked potato cannot be loaded, fries etc. I’m from DC who eats apple sauce with seafood, I never heard of this?! The food then has the nerve to be overpriced, its advertised as a five star restaurant, a joke! I don’t know how this restaurant has over 4 stars but my humble opinion this not deserved. I paid $75 of my hard earned dollars to eat food that taste like it came out of the trash can, blown!
Have eaten inside before. Not bad... Inside atmosphere lacking. Dad wanted crabcake sandwich. Restaurant only offering take-out. Picked up three crabcake sandwiches, with coleslaw sides. Undercooked crabcakes. Got disgusting, limp soggy fries and one tiny serving of ho him coleslaw. For 60 bucks! Should have gone to McDonalds.
Food was terrible. The Rockfish was not fresh and the fried flounder was equally bad. Christfield’s is no longer a quality restaurant. Stay away. Spend your cash elsewhere.
