Hostess sat us by the front door. Asked if she could move us somewhere else. I pointed where we wanted to sit, but she said we couldn't sit there. Waitress was average at best. Acting like she didn't want to be there. She gave us our menus and took our drink order. She brought back glasses of water. Another staff person brought our drinks with no garnishes on them (we ordered Long Island Iced Teas) or straws. I asked for straws. He went and brought back straws. The waitress asked us if we had a chance to look over the menu and what would we like to order. I asked her if there were any specials. She had not indicated that. This was something the restaurant used to do all the time. The last few times I have had to ask about the specials. We ordered. The meal came back by yet another staff member. When the waitress came back she asked us if we wanted a second round of drinks. My dinner guest ordered another Long Island and I ordered a Perfect Margarita. When she came back with the drinks, she set the empty margarita glass on the table with the metal drink canister, but did not pour the drink in the glass. The service was terrible. I spoke to another waitress that we know about the service.
From the moment we walked in the door we had a fabulous experience. We were there to celebrate our engagement and the ladies at the front greeted us and showed great attention. We were seated immediately. Our waitress, Tezeta, went above and beyond! She was attentive, informative, and provided quick and accurate service. A++++ for her amazing attitude, sparkling personality, and incredible service. The food was incredible, some of the absolute best weâve ever had in the area, and the cooks were happy to meet our special requests. Tezeta also let the bar staff and a manager know about our special occasion and a manager brought over champagne for us to celebrate with. Top notch service, great atmosphere, and delicious food made for an incredible night.
Food was great and we were seated right away. Our server was not the most attentive otherwise 5 stars.
