Don’t order delivery online. I received a totally different order (to a different person!) and the app and AUTOMATED CHAT BOT is useless at resolving your problems! I literally was unable to speak to a real human being about this problem.Horrible experience. I’m done with Chipotle because of this.
This has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's the one closest to me but after trying several times we will no longer go here. First of all it's extremely slow. There are often times they don't have your most common items (pinto beans, black beans, sour cream, etc). The specialty drink machines are most often empty. But most concerning is my most recent experience I always get a kids meal for my son... he doesn't eat anything with the shells so I always substitute the tortilla shells with rice. and when I say ALWAYS, I mean always. I never have a problem with it at other chipotle's and haven't had a problem with it at this Chipotle..until this weekend. I go through the line..they put the rice in the plate with the 3 sides and then when I get to the register they tell me I can't get the rice. that they were going to charge for rice as a side. I told them I didn't want to pay for extra for the rice, and that I was substituting the shells for the rice. Now mind you, the lady had already put the rice in the plate so clearly she thought it was okay...it wasn't until we got to the register where the other lady said it wasn't okay. In the end...she threw the entire plate away in my face... I mean seriously?? and even threw the rice away that she boxed up and told me I had to pay extra for. Please don't waste my time or energy with this place.
I used to online order and realized they give you way less then what you usually get when you go in person. No complaints with the quality of food but my last three visits I have been finding nappy hair in my food and I know it's not my hair. I noticed employees don't wear hair nets.
This used to be one of my favorite Chipotle locations because they were efficient no matter how overwhelmed they were with customers. I'm thoroughly disappointed today. I ordered double chicken and it looks about the same as the usual amount of chicken. I, also, ordered queso and they gave me a 1/2 cup full. I paid for all of my extras though which is super frustrating with all of the inflation. I get it, you might not be able to control the rate of inflation BUT you can give me the accurate amount of food. Charging more and giving less is extremely frustrating!
Been ordering from here pretty regularly now, they're often busy but do a good job and everything's been consistently good
Went for a job interview. Got there 5 mins early just for them to tell me that i had to wait 30 mins for a manager to come in. And when the manager came, the interview lasted about 5 mins. Took my name and phone number. Never recieved a call to see if i had the job or not. Complete waste of time. Dont bother wasting your time applying to work at this location. And Based on the 1 star reviews from customers that i read, its seems thats its not even worth buying food here. This is just terrible
0, Seriously would it hurt to not get your T-shirt on my food. Multiple people lean over the food and get those shirts in the food. They have a larger foil but they use a tiny foil to make a burrito and the food is dragging all over the dirty ass counter. They spill all your food out of the bowl or burrito and leave residue all over the foil so when you open it you’re getting spilled food all over you. And seriously would it kill you to change the club once in a while? Eewwww
This location is terrible. I try to be a loyal customer, but honestly it's not even worth it dealing with this store. The orders are ALWAYS wrong, trying to communicate directly with the store is impossible. I placed an order today at 5PM, when it arrived at 5:43pm, it was the wrong order - my name was not on the bag which I did not open, and I asked the driver to please go and get the correct order. I've called the darn White House and at least get someone answering the phone. You try to call this location and you never get to a real person - the automated system desperately needs to be redone, and if you do finally get an agent on the chat function, well let's just say I asked for (and got) a refund. I will NEVER, EVER order from here again and will find another Mexican restaurant that (a) can get it right and (b) knows what Customer Service actually means. Do yourself a favor - DON'T DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION. They need to get it right and never will if enough folks don't complain about there service.

I order online, picked up my food, & took it back home . When I got home & opened my food, I came to realize there was only 2 pieces of chx and maybe 3 grains of rice in my bowl …. I ORDERED EXTRA CHX AND EXTRA RICE AND I LITERALLY GOT A KIDS MEAL PORTION…. I also ordered a burrito but that thing was the size of my pinky toe …. I came back to the store and the manager Nicole was being absolutely rude telling me I don’t know anything about chipotle… I know enough to know I didn’t pay $28 for a kids portion. I used to work at chipotle myself when I was younger and this isn’t right at all. Definitely do not recommend anyone to eat here. If I could give this place a -10 I would.
