The female with the two big blonde braids on the side of her head, needs to check her attitude. She put my steak in a condiment cup and claimed it to be the same proportion and then threw my meat careless on the quesdilla. I will be putting in a complaint.

The cashier name Cecilia very rude, disrespectful, unethical to work, I asked her paper 2 bag separate for the bowls I bought and she told me next time I should ask only one. I bought for two different people and it is my preference to keep my stuff together or separate. Her attitude and the way she talk to me unbelievable ?. I let her manager know I don’t know how he will handle this. Very sad.
I Order lemonade and instead I got a soda bottle FYI I don’t drink soda. I was told they don’t sell anymore ? now I’m stuck with a drink I don’t like and my money gone
They said they didn’t have water cups. I asked for a big cup then since they ran out of small water cups. They said I would have to pay for the cup. I said I just wanted water but they continued to refuse. Another employee said I could drink water out of one of their sauce cups if I wanted. Water should be free and there should be a way to access it besides drinking from a tiny sauce cup. Won’t be back as the employees informing me of this were rude too. Literally every restaurant anywhere gives you the option to get water.

This location is a joke. They all look sad and mad to be there. They rushed my order down the line before I was done picking what I wanted! And then they’re gona talk about me while I’m still standing there ? I asked for the manager and she had the worst attitude of it all! She enabled her employees to act like in the way they did. The manager walks away and I ask for her name cause now I have to go above her. She doesn’t want to give me her name verbally so she points for me to grab a card!!! I said WELL WHICH ONE CAUSE THERES MULTIPLE CARDS HERE?! Smh luckily there was ONE young man that helped me fix my order since his manager obviously had an salty attitude to live with at the moment ?? her “CARD” is attached lmao

Just avoid coming here or ordering online. Got over half of my order wrong. Missing items, called and the staff are SO rude. Just avoid it. Go to down town and order from there. This location SUCKS.
Ummm NOT YUmmm this one night missed the mark. Can I tell you one of my pet peeves? When stores close and they have 30 minutes. This worker was cleaning with soap and water, in the area where the FOOD WAS OPEN right next to it. I am not talking about wiping down, I am talking about pouring hot water and taking soap detergent, removing the container of food, throwing it away, and watching splashes from the soapy water go into the rice. It was disturbing. The guy in front said "look at them they don't care". I probably will not visit this location again. When workers show they do not care about where they work, the food quality is not very good.
