On 2/26/22 I placed an online order for 2 burrito bowls 1. burrito bowl with chicken and steak & 2. A vegetarian burrito bowl, paid extra for an extra tortilla. The 1st bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken and NO Steak and the extra tortilla was missing. My husband was really disappointed to come home to an almost meatless burrito bowl

Just so happen to only want to eat at one place, Chipotle. The food is good, however today really upset me. I understand you all weren’t doing Veterans Day deals (I am U.S. Navy Vet.) but when I go in and order my meal and get overcharged really bothers me. We fight and sacrifice so much for those who have not served and just want things to be right when we get home. It may seem minor but it’s a big deal considering everything I’ve lost on this day. I’m only rating this a two because the staff was very kind. They must do better and pay more attention though. Have a good night.
They can’t get an order right. Every time I order something is missing. Let it be my salad dressing for the Salad I ordered. Or the correct portion size of rice I ordered for the kids quesadilla.
Surely a place worth trying, the food is good and well prepared, the pricing is convenient and it is regularly neat here. Keep up the good work.
Order placed at wrong location. APP is hard to use and get correct.
Even with double meat it's still a regular portion. Wont be coming back to this one no matter how much I like Chipotle
We like a lot hanging out. Last night we arrived in this excellent place which friends recommended to us. We passed a beautiful evening there with first-rate dishes and a courteous stuff and a great chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we will no doubt return very soon. We highly recommend.
