I don't eat out that often, but when I do, this is my go to place. The lines are normally long, they move fast. The customer service is great and the seating area is normally clean. The one in Silver Springs was a little messy because customers left napkins on the floor and tables. I've only had one bad experience at Chipotle and that was the one in Iverson Mall. The guacamole had turned brown and that is how they were serving it. I don't go to that location anymore. I always ask for a little more black beans and fajitas on my Chicken Bowl. All of the ingredients are fresh and looks good. They have the best corn that I have ever tasted. And that salad dressing is the best. I found me a tee shirt that says, Extra Like Guac!
This location is absolutely terrible. Each visit gets worse and worse. Tonight I placed an online order at 6:10, I had the option to pickup at 6:20 (quickest) but I opted for 6:30. I arrived to the store at 6:40 and did not walk out with my order until 7:05. There was no sign of management or any person in charge anywhere. This one star is for the woman who was working the register tonight, she maintained her professionalism and composure while trying to balance the people paying for in store orders and the larger volume of people waiting an excessive amount of time for online orders. She was fantastic and should be praised for her efforts!
I ordered pick upThey gave half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of meat and I can still see the bottom of the bowl. It’s completely unacceptable the food they send out of here. Management clearly doesn’t care because it’s happens numerous times.The picture is what we recieved… no we didn’t eat any of it.
This location needs to improve its ability to handle the volume of orders they get. The quality of cooking has gone down over the last few years and now the staff are either so overworked or undertrained that they will end up losing custom. This mishmash unwieldy thing I received today is supposed to be a burrito. I will have to use cutlery to eat it because of the loose wrapping.
Cleanliness, no safe distancing, small proportions when it comes to Quesdilla, and employees are coughing at the register. Save your time and energy and just get Chipotle outside of Silver Spring overall.
Food was good. Tried the new pollo asada. I preferred the regular chicken.
Just spent almost an hour in line trying to order. The staff taking orders were more concerned with their online orders than the customers inside. I wanted to leave but the way the line is set up, it was impossible to turn back with my son's stroller as there was a long crowd behind me and in front of me blocking my path. Can we say fire hazard. As I finally made it to the front of the line I had to wait 10 minutes because all three staff members preparing orders were still only concerned with their online orders. I wasn't even acknowledge until one of the cooks told them I had been waiting for a long time. Once we got our food we couldn't even sit down to eat because all the tables were dirty, both inside and outside.
Every time I place an order from UberEats it comes out stale. Today I ordered guacamole it was slapped and together and did not taste good. When I go in person that is not the case. The staff here need to be professional and not just be trowing any thing just because the client isn’t in front of them. Disrespectful!
For having alot of staff the place was dirty tables not wiped down food all over the floor pretty gross to dine in. But the food is good and fresh as always.
