This place makes great quality food. But morning shift crew has some issues to work out. They prepare food quickly but take SO LONG to call orders out. This has nothing to do with it taking long to prepare food, they are just so disorganized that it has delayed the service time. It’s to the point that Door Dash orders slowed down, i see less and less customers on a weekly basis, and customers are constantly complaining and workers have to constantly REDO food

Extremely pleased with the catering order I made LAST MIN! They really pulled through, worked with me and were extremely understanding and patient. Special shout out to Alicia who took my order and Shibu Varghese who was fully attentive to my son and my needs the whole time. If I could give more than 5 ? I would! Thank YOU. I'll be back!!!

Been here a few times and it's always busy since there isn't a drive through. The wait is decent, but you don't see anyone not hustling in the back. We all know the food industry is understaffed right now, so give a couple extra minutes. The people that showed up are trying their best.And the customer service is always great, given the sales volume.

Make sure to check your order every time. They rarely get it correct and then management will be unwilling to cooperate in correcting the situation. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Tech Road. To avoid the hassle, and unpleasantness visit the Fulton location.As per the business response, SEVERAL attempts at compensation were not attempted. Furthermore, this…my esteemed business operator, would not be compensation as opposed to rectification of the initial error. You sir or madam were not compensating me; as the business was not offering any type of compensation for the time wasted nor the inconvenience or expense of having to drive back to restaurant. The team was not only rude but uncompromising. An awful experience. And your response is not only erroneous but untruthful. This is the slowest Chic Fil A ever!!! Every time I come to this location for a mobile order, that should have already been ready, it never is. Ive waited up to 30 minutes for an order. It's always super congested with multiple people waiting. It's ridiculous. Go to another location if possible. Slow service! This is definitely not the Chic Fil A way!!

One of the worst chick fila’s that I’ve been to. They always get your order wrong and take way too long. Today was the last straw. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken. I do not eat pork. Today I received a Cobb salad instead of the southwest salad that has bacon bits in it. I didn’t realize it until I mixed everything together and took my first bite. Wasted my whole meal because I refuse to eat pork. They also forgot my wife’s small fry.If you want a better meal and service, go next door to Panera.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:No thanks. I’m not coming back and wasting my money. I’ll go next door.

Normally we go thru the drive thru but I was having friends over and needed something quick so ordered online. I accidentally ordered 1 chick fil a sauce and wanted to get more so I called. Was on the phone and disconnected me twice. Currently have been on hold for 15 minutes and still don’t have a response! Really disappointed ☹️

I love Chik Fil A and their workers are the best. But with all the online orders and walk ins they really struggle to keep up and wait time for food is long. It's not that they aren't hustling, I think the delay is there is only so much space to prepare all the food being ordered all at once. In the days of mostly walk ins there was a more natural check and balance to how much food was being ordered at one time.

One the worst Chic fil a i have ever been to. Service is horrible. If you want rudeness with those fries you've come to the right Chick fil A. I stood in line the first person in line mind you to pick up my order everyone ignored me but then once a gentlemen walked up they helped him right away. seems you have some discriminations problems that need to be solved before the employees make the wrong customer upset for leaving them standing there for 10 mins like they don't exist.

I suggest installing a monitor showing the take out order name and order number so that we don't hear 5 or 6 cashiers are yelling at the same time. Especially during the pandemic that hearing people talking with masks is pretty hard and you guys are always busy.
