I absolutely love this restaurant and location. They have the most delicious and healthiest bowls. I had a falafel bowl with mixed greens, lentils,Greek olives, feta, avocado, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes and all types of delicious Middle Eastern fixings with the best of the best flavors. Their juice bar was also on point. All of their employees were so kind and hardworking. The atmosphere to sit down and enjoy my lunch was very relaxing.
I hope I will get a response on this. Every time I go to this CAVA, it feels like they purposely serve you small portion so you can get to pay extra when you ask. When I do get extra meat like spicy chicken, the first time I was told it is $2.50, then it went from being $2.50 to $3 for spicy chicken. Today, I got the same thing ( as I am being used to then serving small). I asked the lady how much was getting extra spicy chicken cost, she said $4, then I told her, why is it $4 I have been getting charged less than that, she responded because the other staff charge me wrong. Now, since I have been seeing responses from CAVA here, CAVA can you post here the prices for getting extra meat? Spicy chicken, regular chicken, lamb etc?. It is getting to the point where this would be considered as scam. Next time I go, I will ask for prove of those charges.
Basically Cava is my go to Place. Me and my husband love Cava.I was enjoying my cava as usual until I get a long black hair strand tied to a piece of chicken . I don’t know how this happened but I immediately lost my appetite. I’ve never experienced this. Idk how this happened but I believe this review will help the management to give attention on food safety.

The food is good. But they over charge. When my friend confronted them about the charge they pretended to refund him and didn't give it to him. After several attempts they cash refunded him. I don't know if they scam people but I hope this helps people. Please pay attention and ask them to show you the price not tell you.
First time here, and it was great! Its a cafeteria style restaurant where you go down the line and choose what to add to your bowl or pita. Everyone seemed to know what they wanted except me so I felt a little rushed. I chose the braised lamb for my protein in a bowl, they have vegetarian options as well such as salad or falafel. It was delicious! A bit more pricey than Chipotle, which is a comparable comparison.
I usually order for delivery through ubereats. Way too many items to choose from for all the toppings I want! Love the mixed greens with rice, lentils, grilled chicken, black olives, feta, tzatziki sauce, and crunchy topping. Fresh, delicious, filling, and healthy. A win-win.
