The street tacos are excellent...great spicy flavor. Just enough heat to taste all the flavor. I found my street taco (GO TO) place near the house. I ordered 1 and a salad, now I wish I had gotten all ?
The food generally tasted good and is presented well, but the chicken was rubbery and plain. However, the reason I am only giving 3 stars is because I found a chicken bone in my burrito. I’m fine, but it did hurt when I took a bite of it lol.
I ordered two tacos. OOne was a chicken taco and the other taco was a beef taco. OMG! When I took my first bite of the chicken taco- The chicken was so hard it felt like I was chewing on gum. The second taco was a beef taco that was cold and the hard shells of the taco were so hard and old. After the first bite my teeth were hurting. Everything was disgusting and tasteless. I used to love coming to California tortilla for their delicious tacos and now I don't think I want to return because how horrible the food was.
Friendly staff. Clean establishment with fountain drinks. Enjoyed a burrito. Just the right size to fill me up & then some!
The food was not good at all. There were more onions and peppers than chicken on my chicken quesadilla. The cashier was not welcoming, he was rude when I asked him a question. My first time and last time there..
The staff was nice enough and the food was fairly good, but the chicken in one burrito was rubbery. Also the chips in the nachos were soggy, as if they had been prepared in advance although we dined in. The inner door was propped open that so cold air kept rushing in. The dining room really needs a deep cleaning. It doesn’t look or feel clean. The floor felt sticky under my shoes, and not for the first time. We wanted to use hot sauce but the bottles either had no lid or there was weird sediment and they just looked too sketchy. Not sure we will keep coming to this location unless it gets cleaned.

I came to order food here today and ended up just walking right back out because the floor was covered in trash and were filthy and there were water spills and stains all over the floor. Just gross.
Great find! Can't wait to try it again. The blackened chicken was perfect.
