Every time I visit this location in the past few years it's been a lackluster at best experience. I used to go more but then they stopped honoring certain coupons and the service, especially as a Black man, left lots to be desired. Today, for example, I ordered in the app and it said I should be there in 20 minutes. I got there maybe 5 minutes late and STILL ended up waiting at least 10-15 minutes. No one attempted to acknowledge me standing there waiting for several minutes as a new customer who walked in. I had to go to the regular counter and mention I was waiting and yet it still took several more minutes. It seems they may have either given my food away or never completed the order because the drink was already waiting and watery by the time they handed it to me. The staff always seems to have an attitude with me. I only visit this location because it's close to my house and only when I'm REALLY craving Burger King.Even though they deal with a typically older crowd who may have more needs and require more patience, that's no excuse for consistently bad attitudes and talking negatively about someone in Spanish because they don't think you'll understand (happened the previous visit).
Burger King, home of the affordable damp flame-grilled burger on a soft bun “made your way,” meaning you can leave off any of the regular boring burger toppings you want, and with decent fries, desserts, and soft drinks. This Burger Clean has ample indoor casual seating and one picnic table outside. Vegetarians will appreciate their Impossible burger, y se habla español.3.5 stars good, 4.5 stars cheap, and the staff here were friendly.
Don't go here you want deals. I set the BK app to this location, picked a deal, tapped "use at restaurant," got a screen saying "say this code to your order taker;" but when I gave them the code, I was told I couldn't use it there. They claim it's a "special" Burger King(?) At least remove your location and deals from the app then if you want to be cheap. ?♀️I had no issues with the 2 employees I dealt with. However, the food that I got wasn't warm. Definitely won't be going back when I can just go to a non-"special" location that actually accepts coupon codes.

Family member and I both got poor burgers from this location and a HAIR! in one of the burgers. Burgers king was contacted weeks ago multiple times. This location has done nothing but post fake five stars reviews to boost there ratings. This is by far the most disgusting, shady, and incompetent fast food place I've ever been to.
Cussing at customers when you don’t confirm the orders over the speakers, blaming the app, leaving the mic hot so you hear them having personal conversations instead of confirming the orders. If you don’t want to work just quit, but lying about where your manager when we just saw them and just not trying to resolve an issue makes me NEVER want to go there. Use f**king common sense and confirm all mobile orders especially when you know the app does not offer certain request. Especially when working around elderly people and those with allergies you MUST be carefully or lawsuits can hit.
Hairy Burger!I got two sandwiches at this location. When I was eating the second sandwich I noticed and was disgusted to find I was chewing on a hair that was in the burger. I have contacted burger king but this location has not done anything to make it right. This location should be condemned. I would strongly recommend to never go to this place again unless you like hair on your food.
I recently took my daughter to this Burger King , when I placed my order and went to pay ; she informed me that Apple Pay was not at drive thru (which is strangely odd ) and that she would take my phone and do it up front . When she came back she informed me that my “Apple Pay” was declined when it was full blown cash on the Apple Card . Lol the manager came And rudely asked me to get out the line because I ain’t have no money . Which was very rude and I did have money I didn’t know what was wrong , she then told me she was going to call the police because I was “holding up “ her line as I was trying to find my other payment method. I am appalled that someone would try to call the cops on someone who “didn’t have money “ which was not TRUE . I went to Starbucks right after and use my Apple Pay with no problem. I want that supervisor fired .
Their service and communication were horrible. The onion rings were great. The chicken sandwich was the worst I ever had.
Staff was nice, food was fresh, but clearly the most expensive BK I have ever visited! Almost $13 for a whopper w/ cheese and a small onion ring. Same order would be $8 at my local BK w/o any coupons.
