All the other Burger Kings in the DMV are way better than this one...????1. Really slow drive-thru service2. They don't accept coupons after10PM.3. This burgerking is bs, i paid 35 through door dash for 3 burgers, 2 orders of fries and 1 drink. Got 2 burgers and the drink. All cold. Never ordering anything through doordash again.
It's a hamburger joint that serves decent hamburgers. Drive thru ser ice has been good when I visited. A little hard to get back on Veirs Mill.
I went to the drive-through, just before 10:30am, and ordered the 2 for $4, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits (love them - best breakfast sandwich in fast food). Paid and got the bag. But when I pulled a sandwich out of the bag, it was a croissant sandwich. I drove back, and was told that the 2 for $4 doesn't apply to the biscuits. One, I have received that deal on the biscuits at 6 or 7 other BK locations. Two, I should have been told that either when I ordered or when I got the bag. If, as I suspect, they were out of biscuits, just tell me! They did cheerfully refund my money, which mitigates the bad parts.
The food was very delicious.the fries were very hot and fresh .i will come back again.
Worst food ever. The mozzarella sticks had orange cheese inside that looked like playdough (and tasted like it). The spicy chicken sandwich was the worst of any of the competitors. It was not even spicy nor did it did good as a plain chicken sandwich.
Tell me why the drive through took literally 20 minutes and there were four cars in front of me. Then when I got my meal the burger was cold!!! You have to be absolutely kidding me that makes me so angry. I paid 7 dollars and waited 20 minutes for a cold burger!!!! Never again! That cold burger and wait I won't plan on returning to this Burger King and 7 dollars for a burger!I will not be coming back to a Burger King. There is a point where it isn't worth it. For the same price I can get 8 burgers from the store.I will not be investing in Burger King anymore. The Whooper cold wasn't even good and it was very dry. For a paying customer it is more than fair to ask for a hot/warm burger??? Then I looked in bag and there was no ketchup. I was not going to go back due to cold burger if had ketchup, but looked in bag and no ketchup. I go in and complain/request a new order maybe 1/10 of the times I have an issue. Hopefully they didn't spit in my food, because it had nothing to do with me. I just waited 15-20 minutes for a cold 7 dollar dry burger with no ketchup.
The food is good. But the customer service needs work. And they don't take coupons like more traditional BK restaurants. I'd say avoid it if you want any deals, it's not worth it
It's spacious but they seemed short staffed. Took a bit to get my food and one of the guys seemed stressed and rushed to get the orders out so he was handing me the wrong order and a girl had to help correct it. They were friendly though. Food was good and fresh.
For a $1 Whopper I figured "why not?". It was my first time using their site to order. I set it for pick-up in the drive-thru. I got there and the drive-thru was packed so I went in, where only a couple was waiting.After 10 minutes, I was offered assistance. Was my food ready? Not even close. Orders placed in the drive-thru were filled before mine. What was the point of ordering online?? Clearly it wasn't to save me time!! Yes, it was definitely fresh complete with an under cooked burger, edible but not well done. If this was the middle of day I'd understand but it was after 10pm.Note: I hate eating that late but had just gotten off of work... IN RETAIL (capitalized because Tis the Season ?)!!!
