Customer Service sucks, food is good but don’t expect great service from them if there’s a possible error. I changed it from 1 star to 3 due to atleast the food being good! ??May 6th-I would like to edit my review from 3 stars to 5. Since my last experience the restaurant has made some changes and have been exceptional. I’d like to Thank Brothers Restaurant for improvements made and Great service and Food.Thank you for your efforts!
Visitors, beware of the rude employees here! I visited this shopping center and parked in the spot, and immediately the driver of the car next to me (delivery man of Brother's) banged my car with his door several times. I told him to stop doing it, and he started to yell at me "don't park here!". The spot I parked had no "no parking" sign, and I was the customer of the vendor in the shopping center. He was keep yelling at me and threatening me, so I had to take a video and photograph of his car. After he fled, I went into the Brother's and complained about the rude attitude and behavior of the driver, but the cashier did not even respond to me and went away. It was a horrible experience.
Been going to this joint for years. Classic, American-Chinese takeout. I love it.
I wish I had read the reviews first!!!I went against my better judgment and ordered Orange chicken, there was no meat, and very gummy, the egg roll was tasty but very greasy, I had just finished the last bite and while reading reviews, one customer said she saw a rat, I got sick to my stomach so I throw my food away. I will make orange chicken myself.
We always see from here, best orange chicken, they are very fast and efficient.
I ordered General Tso's chicken, the food itself tastes fine (typical). Wait time 10 min, also typical. My issue is the general tso's barely contained any chicken. There was so much breading the dish was almost vegetarian. The pictures of my meal is what remained after what little chicken was there was removed.

Good food and they are respectful too. They also sometimes throw in a free soda.
Rats in the Kitcheen!!in spite of having a teerrrible service. The lady was rude.. right away when I approached to the window told me "what do you waant?" and I was like.. okay, probably is a culture thing... and took other calls while I was ordering for 3 times! and kept placing the phone orders while I was just there waiting to be noticed and finally get to order.. I was patient until I could finally place my full order.. while I was looking to the kitchen while waiting for my food.. I see a huge rat passing by the kitchen almost next to the cook guy feet!! I almost throw up and left immediately even after paying my food. terrible terrible place and service.
Good food and fair prices but unfortunately, rude and disrespectful. 2 stars because I'm frequent visitor in person but after getting delivery for the first time (which is free as of writing), the delivery held my food ransom for a higher tip. I /did/ give him a good tip but wanted even more.Surprised and to not deal with bs, I decided to go back to my house to get more of a tip but the delivery gave a big disgruntled "UGH" which honestly killed it.To avoid any potential problems, I say either go in person or just go and order at Kenny's Sub Shop. It's literally the same thing except the prices are bumped up a quite a bit but at least there they'll most likely not treat you poorly.
