I walked in it was packed the food was ok but food was cold and dry and the macaroni and cheese was runny not many food options the ice cream flavor was good but was hard workers were cleaning and got water all over the floor I nearly slipped it was very hard to get the ice cream and the bathroom toilet couldn’t flush. One of the workers has came and asked for our Sriracha and told us that they use it for most of the people here. They are liars I just saw them with so many Sriracha bottles
I have been to this restaurant about 3 times and I've never had a problem like I did today. Today I went here to eat lunch with my boyfriend, we paid 29$ for the both of us, and one of the male waiters who served us drinks was very kind to us. As we are getting up to leave, another waitress who has NOT been serving us runs up to us and starts harassing my boyfriend for a tip. "Where's your money for the tip? Do you have cash? Did you pay with cash or card? Take your receipt out." My boyfriend takes his receipt out and she forces him to write in a tip on the receipt. Now, I don't have issues tipping, I just think it's very rude to ask (let alone INSISIT) for a tip. I will NOT be back to this place and I don't think you should either.
Don't go after 8. The shrimp and crawfish pretty much disintegrated when I tried to peel them. The noodles were good, for which I tipped. When one lady brought fortune cookies, I said I didn't want them,she pushed them on me, and said you tip here, too. You took away 2 dirty plates and brought cookies I didn't want, here's your tip-learn more earn more.
Opens 11:30am, not 11am. Lunch cost $14.50, not $11.75. The rumors are true, I got here when they opened and food was still not fresh (which means it's used over from the night before), nor hot (which I don't even know what that means, not paying their electric bills maybe?) and quickly lost my appetite. I was immediately asked to sit at a smaller table though place was largely empty.Took a moment and looked around, truly felt bad for everyone in here, customers and staff.Update: About 15 minutes later, my stomach doesn't feel right.
thier chicken and beef had smell..rice and chowmeimmn are tasteless..dont offer hibachi still charge 17$ per person..the only eatable dish is my opinion was baked salmon and Soup
The food is good but it would be better if the temperature of the food was adequate. The only food that should be cold should be sushi. They had steam coming from the food but that wasn't coming from the food.l won't be coming back here.
The food is decent depending on what you choose. Nothing was hot but the soup. There’s definitely better places nearby to choose to eat. A random waitress harassed us about giving a cash tip despite the fact we tipped on the credit card. She demanded to see our receipt and got angry when we walked away. She tried to convince us that credit card tip and cash tip are for different things. Based on the food quality and service I’ll never return.
This place was packed when i went in and the food was okay, not great some things were mediocre. Most things were flavourless & greasy, I had to add salt to everything and the shrimp was very difficult to get through for such a disappointing taste. The best thing I ate was the Jack n' Jill ice cream , in my opinion there are better buffets you could attend for the same relative price.
Food was not special , some was better than others. Which I didn’t expect quality food from a buffet anyway. I wouldn’t of left this review but It’s the instant diarrhea my family got. I do not recommend. This place is not safe, and I wish I read the reviews before coming, but due to the long wait line, I thought it would of thought it would of been worth it.
Posting to counteract the below person's idiotic review about tipping. Tipping is mandatory. You should not be allowed to leave without tipping even if your waitress verbally abused you, not tipping is theft. I don't care if you have cash on you or not. Try working as a server and not getting paid and see how you like it.
