We love the selection but have to really give it up for the service we received from Janelle tonight -- so friendly and FAST! Watched them scoop ice cream super quickly for a packed place, giving everyone the same kindness. :)
I pre-ordered an ice cream birthday cake. Ben and Jerry's ice cream is obviously tasty but the cake, despite having two flavors ordered (tonight dough and marshmallow sky), had almost none of the second flavor. There's also a lot of frosting on the ice cream cake- way more frosting than the second flavor of ice cream. If the marshmallow sky weren't blue and so different from the rest of the cake I might not even realize it was in the cake at all. If you want just one flavor and a lot of frosting on your ice cream cake my experience indicates you'll appreciate the ice cream cake here. I do like Ben and Jerry's ice cream, but I was pretty disappointed in how the cake came together.
Seating is kinda awful but the ice cream makes up for that. 8/10.
We tried buying pints of ice cream using Groupon, but was told that the new manager does not accept Groupon anymore! Just checked Groupon.com, but still see vouchers being sold on Groupon. BE AWARE!
Great location. Open late enough for an after movie treat. Doggie treats/ice cream available.
The worst customer experience..
Ice cream was great but cone was stale
The worse experience I’ve ever had. Ice cream tasted disgusting I paid $500 for trash. 60 servings and they only gave one scoop and no toppings meanwhile we agreed on toppings and two scoops per serving. On the day of the occasion I got a text saying it’s $2 additional per serving for toppings that’s $120 additional to almost $500. I declined. In Virginia this summer 2021 my sister paid $340 for 60 servings , two scoops per serving and three toppings. Car’s team came with a tent and the presentation was very classy and fancy. I wasted my money on this trash and worse service ever.
I will say the ice cream is a little pricey, however, it is well worth the price! The ice cream is extremely delicious and the employees give you a generous amount. The staff is pretty friendly and the store was clean. My favorite part is that they stay open pretty late on the weekends to satisfy my ice cream cravings!
