These positive reviews are absolutely fluff. No one answers calls or text or even email. Im pretty sure the Mike Hanson email they send you off to probably isn't even real. Nice when getting business but as soon as they get your money you are left waiting for your stuff until they decide to give up your things....we are still waiting after giving them a month notice. Waste of money and truly unprofessional
Company did not follow its binding estimate agreement. The company refused to execute a move from a storage facility because the storage facility management refused truck entrance into the facility. The binding estimate did not require truck entry into the storage facility. The estimate did disclose additional fees would be charged for long hauls / distances. The mover did not offer this option even though the storage cube was conveniently located about 3 aisles from the facility gate.I drove 4.5 hours to the facility then waited for the movers for 5 hours (11 am - 4 pm) only to learn they wouldn't execute the move. This was my worst moving experience ever. I have reported the issue to the BBB.
Everything was nice and accommodating when they were trying to get my business. When it came to the actual move, not only was the crew an hour+ late, something happened to the truck in route and ABS refused to give me any updates. By the time I could actually reach them (because they started IGNORING my phone calls), they gave me the run around and was extremely condescending the entire time questioning my knowledge of deliveries, trucks, maintenance needs etc. Not to mention the damage to some of my items. Now as I'm trying to get in touch with claims no one is anywhere to be found. The lack of communication, professionalism, and even consideration was jarring. I refuse to use or recommend them for anything else.
We had agreement moving date on June 16 and dropping the date to June 22. 1 day before ABS moving called and said that we can not do that price. Pay us $2000 more. Of course, I didn't accept it.I have all conversations saved and we have emails showing all pricing and moving dates. I will see them in court.Dishonest and layer people. Never trust their words or email.

I have moved a lot due to my work and I couldn't be happier with my experience with you all. From The Sales Rep to the actual Moving crew everything was just great. I paid an extra $30 fee to have the movers ack my Smart TV, which in the contract included extra insurance for an item packed by their team. The movers broke my TV beyond repair and after 4 weeks waiting for the claims department to get back to me, stated that my $300 TV would only be reimbursed for $12. They claimed that it was a loophole in the contract that allowed them to do this, but reading back over the original contract, it was clearly stated that the contract covered this exact situation. Extremely disappointed with this blatant display of fraud.
This move was really really great compared to the other times I have had to move becuase of my work. They were patient, helpful, respectful and ver professional. They really know how to treat theire Customers well! I couldn't be happier with the whole Team and so happy I chose to go with their Company. They came highly recommended from another co-worker that also was happy with their move. Thank you ABS Moving Team!
Absolutely top notch service! Couldn't be happier and my family even more so. The crew was professional and very careful with our belongings. The were also respectful and fast. They didn't try to drap out the time even though we moved locally so it was an hourly rate. No issues at all!! I recommend them to all of my friends. i added a picture of how well they wrapped my antique dinning set. And they don't charge for blankets or tape. Their quote was a little more expensive than others by not by much and so worth it!

Best Moving experience I've had!! I have relocated many times for work reasons and this was by far the best. Fair prices, quality Service, Excellent Crew, professional communications and very transparent on what to expect as a Customer. Happy to report that I didn't have any damages with the exception of a few plates that I didn't really pack carefully. My furniture and matresses were very well protected by the Movers. Haven't got enough good things to say about this Company. Thank you ABS Moving!
