I placed my order and went to pick it up just for this business/food truck to cancel my order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready stating the propane was gone and he couldn’t cook my food. He should have stopped taking orders. No certificate for the inconvenience was offered - no, he didn’t care to make this right. Also, the ordering platform does not work on iphone 13, I had to use my laptop and wait only for them to cancel my dinner. I wouldn’t order from there again if someone paid me.
The food was soooo good, and the prices are very reasonable. My significant other got the jerk chicken sandwich and said it was the best chicken sandwich that he’s ever had in his life. The portion sizes were good as well. Very impressed and will definitely order from here again.
Placed order via Curbside app at 10am for pickup 11:15-11:30am. Received text that food was ready.Arrived at truck at 11:15 and told a few more minutes. Colleague placed order and received food 5 mins later. I was told they ran out of my order and to order something else. Took another 20 mins as other orders were prepared ahead of mine.Major problem with communication via the app. The food is good, but the wait is not.
I’m in a party and they should be at the party 1pm, it is 1:51pm they don’t answer their phones, don’t give any information! So if you are gonna have a party never never expecting they to appear! Very very bad, can you imagine doing a party and the food providers didn’t appear! I’m just giving 1 start but if I could I would give -1 star! 100% unprofessional
Good food but unauthorized charges. We got a wrap and a sandwich. He quoted us 8 minutes but took over 20 minutes to get us the food. He verbally told us the total as he held out the chip reader and we handed him our card. When we got the Square receipt, it showed that he had added a drink we never requested or received and a tip. (It was just a chip reader device so no offer of tip even came up.) I’m all for supporting a small business in my neighborhood, but adding unauthorized charges is not good practice.The food was good, but check your receipt!

Wings where cooked to perfection 1st time there. Tots where on the $ too. Crispy & Flavorful.
The wings are good. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian and honey old bay. The wings are small, but what I received was worth the cost. I'm gonna return at some point.
This place also goes by "Beverly Hills Burger Bungalow" on Uber Eats, Grubhub, doordash, & seamless. I ordered from Uber Eats, not realizing that I was actually ordering from the 7 Starr Wings food truck parked in a gas station parking lot. They were out of 2/3rds of what I ordered, I found meat in my cole slaw (I will spare you the photo of it), and the drink I ordered did not arrive. Additionally, In my opinion the tots were cooked for too long, and had way to much salt for my liking. My opinion is to stay away, but maybe mine was just a one off bad experience. You can make up your own mind.
Their food truck is a nightmare. Tough chicken and “special sauce” is just hot sauce which they drown the sandwich in - totally inedible.
