Literaly the worst "fast" food restaurant in Salisbury, with only 6 people in the restaurant took more than 25 minutes for each person to get their food, I got a couple chalupas, and after the ridiculous wait they were cold with almost nothing then on them, i keep trying this place because I generally like taco bell and this one is close, but it is the worst managed restaurant around, somone orders a 10 pack of tacos and it shuts the whole place down for half an hour, its pitiful, and no one seems to care.
Food was hotService was goodBut the floor was so sticky if you stand in 1 place to long you would stick to the floorNeed to power wash the mats in front of the drink machine and power wash to whole floor
Since before Covid the wait is ridiculous and make sure you have all your items and it's correct. The taco bell food is good, it's more the time it takes to get your food and hope it is all correct.
This place is also a KFC. We were traveling so we needed something quick and to go. We started in the drive through but after 2 minutes it wasn't moving so we decided to go inside and order. To order was no problem, but the wait on the order was a lot. While waiting I took notice to the cleanliness of the place and that was not good either. The counter and glass barriers looked like they were wiped off with a dirty rag. I didn't want to see the tables if this is the presentation at the counter. Once we were on our way we opened our containers to find: bottom of the pot Mac & cheese which looked like it sat for a long time before serving, chicken legs and thighs that seemed to have sat in the warmer a very long time, and the mashed Potatoes were swimming in gravy. I don't like to give a bad review but this needed mentioning.
That drive thru is a safety hazzard!Almost got into an accident for the 4th time this year because of that drive thru!This is the 4th time this year my insurance premium almost went up because of it!You need to put up a sign or enforce your drivethru to WRAP AROUND THE BUILDING and not out into THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. Its been BAD for over a year! Either that lines always sticking out into the road or blocking the enterance to the shopping center so other drivers have to navigate around it to enter or around those trying to enter so thet can make it home safely. Its only a matter of time until something awful happens because of it.
35-40 minutes to go through 5 cars in the drive through. Unacceptable wait time. Food was okay.
1st line drive through ridiculous, people were leaving the wait was that bad.2nd I got 5 piece chicken tender box, the chicken tenders were small and dry and way overcooked. So not good at all.
Asked for a bean, rice and shredded chicken burrito. I was told they don't have shredded chicken, then I asked for just regular chicken, told they didn't have it. So I said just give me a bean and rice burrito no cheese. When we opened it there was cheese. I went inside to get the right one. Lady behind the counter side they do have chicken. I told her West Ocean City will put chicken on the burrito. To top it off Taco Bell is in KFC, LoL.
They've stepped up their game here!! I love their food, and their staff is amaZing as well.
