I dislike giving 3 stars and below. However, Tacobell at this location has fallen to low standards. I order with doordash and half the time I am missing something or everything is put together like it's just tossed in a shell and half wrapped. Last time, I received my order but my drink was missing for the third time now. My tortilla burrito was stale and the meat inside looked like jerky. I was told by someone they give a attitude to doordash (I don't know if that is true or not). I do enjoy this tacobell when it's fresh. Just seems now they are getting a tad lazy.
Check out breakfast..It's really good. Handicap accessible, Plenty of room inside for your enjoyment. All taco bells have been recently remodeled so rest rooms are nice. I recommend.
Poor food quality, to is were thrown together. Way more lettuce than meat. Just very very poor sloppy food quality. Don't waste your money.
I will never utilize purchasing online or support this location. I purchased online when I arrived to the restaurant I was told that my order was unavailable, I was confused because I had the receipt which displayed my order number. One employee then stated that he seen the order number appear and begin searching. When realizing he could not find my order was then he retrieved the manager. The manager asked what time I ordered? Proceeded to say all orders are in by 12, and they have no control over the online ordering app and needed to call a 1800 number(in which he did not provide me with). First, let me begin with all orders are not place by 12 that does not even make sense. Secondly the appropriate way to handle the situation was refund or give me the food order. I came to the conclusion another employee cleared the board and handed my food to another customer.

Terrible service disrespectful general manager Aaron was rude and Inappropriate there was no meat or any protein in the chalupa box or chalupa meal the food was cold and old bread was used and being that I use to work for taco bell I know when old fried chalupa bread taste like! Had no professionalism and hung up on me after accusing my dasher to be the problem who was on time after the order was made in 10mins; everything was thrown around in the box and rushed and when I called the store they talked over me and told me I was wrong that it wasnt there problem and hung up on me when I asked for the corporate office phone number!
They are terrible order food and it all came out wrong manager was rude and demanded I leave for asking him to make the food correctly! Rest of staff was ok but why should I pay something and not get what I ordered Aaron needs to go he has no respect and should not be working for customer service. And refused to give me a refund on my order; told me he doesnt care about his job and slammed the window in my face
I love taco Bell and their staff is very friendly. The food is always good ?
This Taco Bell, while better than the Tilghman location, still isn’t great. Our orders are regularly wrong or completely missing items. Staff is usually friendly enough but to continually have issues with order accuracy is a problem. Food, even when correct seems like it’s already been thrown at a wall when you get it. I know it’s just Taco Bell, but we’re still paying for a product and would like to receive it/have it in one piece.
This location always has quick service and fresh food!!
