This place probably has the best cheesesteaks in Salisbury; however, they need to seriously invest in a better phone system and hire someone who knows how to answer their phones. The man who answers the phone goes “sub runners please hold” click. There has been numerous times that I would have ordered but I’m not going to wait 5-10 minutes on hold because your employee is incompetent. You’re losing a lot of business because of this. I love your food but you’ve got to hire someone else to answer your phones and invest in a better system. It’s always the same guy and it’s so frustrating. Thanks
They will tell you one time and it be an hour. They told me 30 mins. It took an hour and 20 minutes.
I remember trying this place when i was younger in 2008 I loved it!! but nowadays you can’t even get through on a saturday night and the food quality has went down tremendously. sad
