This location does not represent the usual service I receive. Ordered a hot coffee, waited about 10 minutes while I watched the employees play around with each other. After my wait was over I received a cold coffee then waited for them to sort that out.I did not feel like a valued customer at this location

Accidentally placed a mobile order to the south store, waited inside very shortly before I was asked my name because they didn’t see an order come through. They asked to see my purchase and made up the order for me immediately, I’m incredibly pleased with the high level of service I received and very thankful for staff for helping me correct my goof. Go team!

The hours at this locations are CONSTANTLY CHANGING! This morning alone I and 12 other cars sat there for 20 minutes when the drive thru sign lights were on but no one was even there and there was no indication they were closed. We finally realized there was a hand written paper on the drive thru window saying they will be open from 1:30-3:30pm! This is certainly not the first, second or third time this has happened.I think I speak for everyone when I say this North Salisbury location needs to act like a serious business be more consistant with their schedule and stop changing hours because they don't feel like operating some days.Dunking donuts would never pull a stunt like this. At least they are reliable.

The people who work at this Starbucks are amazing. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, they are efficient, and they have me constantly coming back due to their incredible personalities.

You know I can make the same coffee for one fourth the price at home right? Treating people this bad and thinking that they will come back and then wonder why you are out of business.

This Starbucks is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to, especially for not being busy I pulled in the line a 4:15 with only 3 cars in front of me it is now 4:36 and I'm still sitting here. I ordered a Venti drink which was 6$ and they gave me a tall. I have only been to this Starbucks 3 times for this reason not to mention everytime I have come and gotten a "hot beverage" the order has been wrong, but I'm not going to wait another 20 mins for them to remake my drink. Absolutely ridiculous and sad that Starbucks allows this kind of customer service where being on your phone and gossiping is more important than other people's time ..

Great ice latte with cold foam and bacon egg and gouda sandwiche.

If you love a long line and workers telling you your drink is right when you know its wrong this is the place for you. I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with extra topping and they put their chocolate chips in it? When I asked what the black stuff was he said it was the topping...

35 minute wait in the drive through. Only about 8 cars ahead of me. You’re also trapped in the drive through soon after pulling in. So not ideal at all. I gave them a 2d star because staff was friendly.
