Just started going to SU and have already been here many times. Service is always quick and staff is very kind. Christian is very nice and I hope to see him again because he made my day with his positivity!

Great service, fast and efficient. My go to are their blueberry scones and their hot or iced drinks. Always a treat!
I had good days in this branch, every day I go to study and left a month ago, the employees were great and respectful too.
I visited this Starbucks location after walking a mile in a blizzard storm since it was one of the few food services open. When I approached the door, there was a sign that said “To Go Orders Only”. I saw this as a reasonable request, and proceeded towards the front door which was locked. Being that this was 2:30pm, this location is not usually closed at this time. The two young women at the counter offered no cues or guidance. Only after I walked through the drive through in 5inch snow they acknowledged my presence, where the drive thru employee only shook her head no. Very disappointed in the lack of service and guidance even during inclement weather conditions. Will be seeking a manager.
Over the last few months, I’ve been constantly disappointed when I come here. There never seems to be enough staffing for the volume of business this location receives. Not only that, but my drink has been made incorrect numerous times. They used to always make it perfect. Maybe there’s a deficit in training lately with new employees? It also seems to have become a dirtier store. I see the countertops they work on and they always look unhygienic and sticky. It’s just been such a shame to see this place go downhill, especially since this was my go-to location. I hope management can tackle these issues.
