Great craft beer selection. Wings and Pizza are spectacular.
This place means business! The wings are incredible, and they don't make a bad pizza either. The food is very high quality and never disappoints. The only downside is the price. With two people you can easily rack up a $50-$60 bill with a basic appetizer, a few beers and an entree.Regardless of the price, you definitely get what you pay for here.
Me and my boyfriend went for a date night out, we sat ourself and got service quickly. I got an apple mule and my boyfriend got a specific crush, both were very well balanced , delicious drinks and they came quickly from the bar. We ordered bone in wings 1/2 white haven dry rub and the other 1/2 Asian sesame, they came out fresh and quick they were amazing big wings, we also got a large pizza with cheese and pepperoni which was amazing it just wasn’t cut all the way through which was fine we just had to cut it. And we ended the night with an apple bread pudding, it was delicious and warm with whipped cream. Definitely recommending to all my friends !

They are THE BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!! ITS A RELAXED FAMILY STYLE ATMOSPHERE. They have amazing PIZZAs and their WINGS are MOUTH WATERING. Especially the key largo dry seasoning. The beer selection is amazing and they also have a full bar with a drink menu.I’m going there today, I’ve convinced myself while writing this review.
I really like their pizzas, it’s the closes to New York style I’ve had in Maryland, although they are pretty pricey which I don’t exactly mind for good pizza. But I do have a problem with them charging $3 for a pepperoni topping and they barely put $1 worth of toppings on the pizza… there has been a few times where I order a large pepperoni pizza and there’s is only 1-2 small pepperoni’s on a slice.Update: I lower the rating bc this is what a small )$10.50 pizza gets you.
Ordered some wings based off of a friend's recommendation and the flavoring was really great, key largo flavor.And I understand feathers might be present because its chicken, but there were 2 very large feathers in one of the wings. How did that get past quality control? Boyfriend just plucked them and ate the wings anyway. Just a little disappointed for the price we paid.
Good pizza with classic and creative topping combinations. The wings are also very good. There is always a ton of great beers on tap which rotate seasonally.
We chose to have white sauce pizza with grilled chicken, crab with old bay. It was delicious.
This might be my favorite place for drinks and food in Salisbury (way better than Evolution). I've never been disappointed at Specific Gravity. Great vibes, great food, and great drinks. The pizza and beer are outstanding. I love the privacy of the outdoor seating area.
